The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Definitely not a tourist location, but it was close to the port for cruise travelers.

The terrace was huge, although the view was of other buildings. The rooms were a very nice size. The breakfast buffet was nicely stocked.

Feels little old and I personally prefer modern styles

Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Good value, great location. Didn’t have a breakfast so I can’t tell but overall good impression. Having a chair or some work desk in a room would be nice, other than that it’s fine and you get what you pay for.

Location. Too far from main attractions but you can still get a taxi to take you around.

The Room, bar and service from Andrei was exceptional.

The house is not soundproofed, I could hear all the activity in the room next to me, and the guest next to me was banging on the door and shouting in the hallway at 2:00 a.m. It was like knocking on my door due to the poor soundproofing. Bedside lamp blinking。

Room service was excellent with towel changes and bottled water refills.

No outlets near the bed just USB ports. Convenient if you have a not USB cable, but if you have a Type-C, you'll have to charge your device away from your bed. (Not a big issue but still)

The big room. It's very spacious, especially if you have a lot of luggage. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was good although the sink was outside which was weird at first but it is a bit nice in a way. The location was great 10 minutes walking from paral-lel underground station with green and purple line and also a funicular to take you to montjuic. The purple line is perfect if you want to go shopping at "passeig de Gracia station" or if you want to visit the famous la sagrada familia there's a stop for the purple line just under the cathedral. Also, the hotel is within walking distance of the sea side, and if you like hiking, you could hike along the trail of montjuic. Which has beautiful views of the port of Barcelona and also great views of the city. Another close landmark or a place to visit close to the hotel is the gothic quarters, which I definitely recommend you to visit.

- A Coca Cola Zero is not on the free welcome drinks list. Orange juice and still water is. - Room 502 seems a little outdated. - Water pressure of shower is poor. With very hot water it is good, but then is too hot to shower.

We booked a night before and after our cruise. The hotel is at walking distance to the cruise port. The hotel has a nice small spa (on reservation). We liked the room and huge two-person bed. We booked the breakfast in advance, it was okay. In the neighborhood there are a lot of places to have breakfast also. Room 604 has a big terrace.

Bit costly. while the central location is great the area itself does feel a little intimidating at first. Feels like a rough part of town. Breakfast left a little to be desired for the price.

Very comfortable, quick drive from the airport. Only a 5-10 minute walk from La Rambla and the port so in an extremely convenient location. Make sure you chat to Andrei for some great laughs and the best restaurant locations

occasionally at night the air conditioning gets a bit more chilly that I would like, I adjusted it but it takes bit, nothing worrisome though.

the hotel is centrally located so it was easy access especially for the subway. the facilities are clean and staff is nice.

The only complaint and this was minor, restaurant meal were vertical basic, however the breakfast was excellent.

Unfortunately on the dates we stayed no spa treatments were available to book which was unfortunate, there only appeared to be access to the pool and sauna area which also seemed a little pricey at 20€ per person for 50 minutes access.

Friendly reception staff, prompt check-in, very clean rooms and fantastic variety of food available for breakfast. Free welcome drink and chocolates in the room was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. Restaurant and bar staff very polite and friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Within short walking distance of La ramblas, Marina and also metro station.
