Didn't like our enclosed balcony but to be honest it didn't matter. If we come again I would ask for a sea view

I cannot fault this accommodation everything about it was excellent. If your going to book ask for a pool view or sea view and your stay will be perfect. Location, cleanliness and comfy beds the apartment was great 👍

Great two-storey bungalow perfectly conditioned. Big rooms with individual air-con and big comfy beds. Two pool areas both great either for kids or grow-ups. Beach 30m walking distance yet no noise reaches the hotel. Great breakfast and restaurant portions.

it didnt offer all inclusive which I think would be great for families.

it was a great location for the beach and restaurants etc. also the aqua park was a ten minute walk. buses are regular to nearby towns too.

At breakfast the freshly made omelettes and pancakes were amazing. For toddlers the pool is fantastic and the beach is through a cut through making it ideal for little ones who struggle to walk. They have cots high chairs etc making it a dream for travelling parents, clean, friendly just great.

This property exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Lovely grounds with hibiscus, bougainvillea and jasmine all looked after wonderfully. Pool and surrounding area was kept clean, was free of litter and clutter with a lifeguard on duty every day. We only had breakfast in the restaurant, there was plenty of choice of hot & cold foods with everything that you would expect. Daily clean was done with a smile and positive attitude. Overall a great location with spacious apartments and good facilities. Will definitely recommend apartment 53, which is ground floor with easy access for people with mobility issues via both front and rear access.

Everything! Food was amazing, even if not much variety it was sufficient and delicious. Our son has an allergy and they would offer special meals without charging extra. They also provide baby cutlery and plates, no need to carry our own. The hotel facilities and location was perfect.

Everything! The size & layout of the room were fab. The swimming pool is huge and a nice temperature. Housekeeping were very thorougher & friendly. Breakfast options were great - omelettes were excellent.

Only complaints are bed was 2 twin beds and not the most comfortable, thin long pillows not great and pool towels require a deposit which isn’t a problem but then they charge you 2 euro out of your deposit if you want to change them - we had rain at night so loungers and pool area got really dirty so towels were filthy. That and rooms are cleaned often quite late which makes it difficult to nap kids.

Rooms really spacious, really well cleaned every day. Pool area great, location next to the beach was perfect too. Looks even better than the pictures. Staff lovely, super helpful. Really quiet and peaceful family hotel.

The paving around the pool is slippy when wet which seems a bit of a design flaw. There was a damp smell in the cupboard where the bin was. Not convinced the aircon in our bedroom was working properly.

The buffet breakfast and dinner (paid separately for dinner) we’re ideal for us with our 15mo son. The room was lovely and clean and modern, as was the pool and pool area with a perfect little shallow kiddie pool. The location was fantastic, a very close walk to one beach and a slightly longer one to another. Close to restaurants and basic shops.

We arrived around midnight. Unfortunately the receptionist didn't speak english properly. We were mandate to pay with credit card as he can't handle cash at that time. We tried to ask to pay in the morning but no luck. On the second evening around 9pm the maintenance guy accidentally jumped in to our room without knocking. What a surprise!

The hotel is located near to the beach, appr 100m from it. Apartment was well equipped and clean. Breakfast and dinner are excellent!

The younger servants in the restaurant require a little more training and experience, to become at the level of refinement that the hotel standards have. Also, hope they can use the opportunity in the lower season to make some repairs to gates, lamps, garden and rooms so that the quality of appliances are maintained in time.

It was a fantastic experience to relax and hope to get another opportunity to return soon. The room was enormous, will all the required commodities to enjoy a pleasant stay. Service was very good at the bar and restaurant, with special mention to Chef Antonio who was always eager to provide a refined meal. The swimming pool was always clean and not too crowded, thanks to the covid restrictions.

Interestingly we were the only English speaking family - all other guests spoke German. We did not mind, but it could be tricky for the English speaking kids to find holiday friends to play with. Not a compliant at all - just an observation! :)

Freshly decorated, beautiful and clean rooms, all staff very nice and helpful (bar, reception, lifeguard, restaurant, cleaners). Direct access to the beach through the pool less was great. Pool cleaned daily, sunbeds also disinfected after each use which was great. excellent size. Overall, a very pleasant experience, thank you!

Our apartment was first floor, no elevator as it said on our booking but that didn't matter to us. The price does not include a safety deposit box, this was 16 euro extra. There didn't seem to be a system for replacing towels, we were reluctant to leave them on the floor of the shower in case they were not replaced. The air con changed whenever we left, it's default setting seemed to be 17.5C; a bit chilly! Although there are two large swimming pools both were available to children; there was no requirement for babies/toddlers to wear swimming nappies so we didn't use the pools.

Great location, you can walk to the beach along the path through the shrubbery next to the foot washing area. The beach was quite crowded even at the end of September. The marina and all it's bars and restaurants are only a few minutes walk. Our apartment was modern, attractive, comfortable and spacious for just the two of us. We booked breakfast and it was splendid, lots of choice, eggs/omelets cooked to order, everything clean and well presented. We didn't eat supper there as we preferred the walk and atmosphere of the marina area but I'm sure it would be good. Reception were very helpful when we were struggling with our leaving Spain documents (covid related). We loved the ginger cat who greeted people as they went to breakfast, quite a character!
