Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandWe found the lifts a bit complicated we spent 1 trip going up and down and could not get to the right floor. And we often had to wait a while to get an empty 1.
The roof top bar was amazing, we went back over the 3 nights, the staff up there where very nice too I thought the products in the bathroom were gorgeous, such a high standard too and covered every eventuality for our stay.

My only complaint is that the room was warm the entire time I was there. I can show with pictures how I tried to control the thermostat from 26 Celsius to 18 Celsius and I was never able to lower the temp, I did not complain as the front desk staff was not interested in answering any questions, not even a good morning you would get back from them.

Australia1.) It was very hot the first day and the aircon wasn't working in our room. We were not offered another room but received a discount when we checked out (that part I liked...). 2.) There was always a queue in front of reception which seemed to be understaffed most of the time.
1.) The roof top terrace is nice. 2.) the staff was very friendly. 3.) The limited equipment in the gym was new and the gym was very clean. For a hotel gym not too bad.
