Terrible sound proofing. It smells like a dumpster. Everything was nasty. Expensive for what you get. The pictures are nothing like the reality.

They never cleaned the room. In the (smelly) bathroom there was mould in the ceiling. The shower glass screen was broken and "fixed"with duct tape. Only one functioning plug in the room. Sound insulation inexistent. Poor lighting. Awful wifi.

Entrance hidden and information regarding what floor the hostal is on was not easily available. Inside the building there are stairs to negotiate - not good for people with injuries or disabilities - and the lift was tiny. Once inside the hostal the lobby area was tiny and cramped - people coming and going through a very small space and there was nowhere really to stand. The black and white decor doesn't help - made it look like a backpackers hotel. No facilities in room which are decent sized if a bit tight once 2 people occupy it. Lighting was terrible. And our room definitely needed a bit of TLC. There was also an issue with scammers with this hotel targeting clients via Booking.com app and neither the hotel or Booking.com thought to alert their customers, so I'm not sure I would trust the hotel again

location perfect, right in the centre of the main area. Entrance is through a door, which does not have any sign so was little difficult to locate it at the 1st time, but later the stay was nice.

Location is a great. Top sights to see are all within 10-20min walking distance. Easy check in, friendly staff, and kept bags after checkout. Would recommend to see the city!

Destroyed shower, facilities that were mentioned in description and there weren’t, if you want to charge your phone you have to move your bed from the wall, in description it was mentioned that we will have 1 big bed, not 2 small. Air conditioning was almost not working.

Everything but the Location. It was just a horrible stay! So dirty, disgusted to use the bathroom, old rooms, very damaged and rusty, it’s just not worth a 100€ stay for one night. I took this room just for one night and we barely used it because we went to the airport at 4am, and above everything bad we didn’t sleep because of the noise! They gave me the room with a dirty bathroom, I told the reception and they said “ you are right we are so sorry”, I left the room to catch the metro as they were supposed to clean it again, got back to the room later and there was an empty toilet paper in the floor! You can’t imagine how bad a room could be! This is it! The worst!

We had a nice stay here. The room was a good size with nice natural light. The location was also good as it’s close to lots of restaurants and the metro. Our only complaint was our room smelled a little like old cigarettes.

We had 2 bookings in different dates, on the day of our arrival we paid in cash for the next stay, the administrator forgot to mark on the booking.com that we had already paid and after 4 days when we came back our booking was canceled and hostel was overbooked. Instead of admitting their guilt, the employee called the manager who yelled at me on the phone and was very rude to me. according to him, it was none of his business and he was not interested in what actually happened and demanded that we leave the hostel. Based on the fact that it was already 2:00AM and we couldn't go anywhere. After a lot of talking, they let us stay for the first night, of course they charged us the full price without any concessions. And the next day we had to find another hotel and it ended up costing us much more money. As for the location of the hostel, it is only good, the rest the rooms are very small and not clean, there is a terrible smell, and the service is the worst I have ever encountered. You can find a much better hotel for this price.

I like the bed....the place over all it was really nice... I was expecting it to be loud at night but it was peaceful maybe because we stayed on the monday night. I had a problem with the shower though at a moment i kinda had a war while taking the shower😄but over all it was good...nice location very nice bed peaceful. Thanks so much😊

the internet was very slow, I couldn’t watch any of my plataforms on my phone. I left one day before because I didn’t like the place, I asked for a refund of the last day and they told me I wasn’t possible, even that I left at 7.00 in the morning one day before I suposse to leave
