I liked everything

It's a beautiful place to stay, very good location for peaceful holiday, next to the beach. We had a room on the ground floor with personal sunbeds, private area just next to the pool and bars, Thank you for this room Labranda Costa Mogan 😁! The hotel is very clean and well kept, the room was really big and comfortable with small living room area and bedroom area, 2 TV. Staff were always helpful, friendly, excellent service. The food was good, variety of diferent meals, thematic dinners. We had fantastic experience in this hotel!

Would have been nice to know ahead of time that the area with smaller pools, hammocks and double sunbeds was a club and that you have to pay extra to stay in there. Would have liked better acoustics in the big dining area, like smaller booths or separators. Would have liked nicer looking acrylic glasses in the pool bar, felt a bit cheap drinking from those frosted plastic cups.

Overall design of the room was moderate to poor. It looks quite good but... inside the room was quite loud, not well isolated. Also we could not make it dark in the room, there as always light form the hallway in the room, quite annoying. There were curtains but not obscuring. Shower was mediocre, always lots of water outside of the shower, even below the flooring. Further the aircon was very loud and eventhough it was on all day it would not get below 23/24 degrees in the room. Also food was mediocre and warm dishes were often cold.

location was great and overall hotel was okay. Staff was friendly and cocktails were great. Pool and bars were good and beach right outside of the hotel. All things we didn't were acceptable tho, but just for the hotel to learn from.

We spent an amazing week, all the hotel staff from the reception to the maids, cooks, bar staff and everyone else were great, helpful and accommodating, the location was quiet which suited us, the food was delicious and varied, every day you could choose something according to your taste , the pool bar was great and the offer was very rich. I can say that this was not our last visit to this beautiful hotel.

Sadly but the only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was when we realized that the bottled water in the room was not included and the only way of getting it was by paying at the bar within their opening times . So make sure you stock up before midnight when they close the bar. Also consider that the only bus that brings you to and from the airport is with 1 hour frequency. Consider grabbing a cab for a faster alternative

To start with, the location of the hotel was just perfect with a scenic wonderful view of the sea and the clean pools right from the balcony. We could easily switch from the pools to the beach for a refreshing soft and the sea water. It was totally a relaxing vacation with a hygienic clean hotel, room, pools, sun beds. The staff was friendly and courteous with always a pleasant smile. If you need more quiet and personal space, there's also a private space for the Jacuzzi and a bunch of sun beds which you can book for the day everyday that includes drinks and refreshments. I am also a chef so I can say that pleasing me with food is not easy, however the variety of different options coming out from the kitchen has definitely managed to fulfill me and my lady's taste palette, giving us selected picks from local and international cuisine. Transport options are the nearest bus stop and taxi stop at a walking distance of 2-3 min from the hotel. The cruise to see dolphins and the water sports like jet ski, para sailing and water sports was the cherry on the top. Easy connectivity from the hotel location to other beaches and cities like Puerto Rico, maspalomas and Amadores. You can ask locals about the market locations and visit the local market which has amazing things to offer like clothes, food, handcrafted items and souvenirs. The closest supermarket is Spar which is 2 min walk from the hotel. Overall great experience and we will definitely have this location in our options for our next holidays.

We had all inclusive. There was always a lot of food to choose from, but all of it was of low quality. In the evening it was not possible to make coffee or tea. The worst was the evening noise. From 21:30 - 22:30, absolutely abnormally loud music - disco - played every evening. It was like having speakers right in the room. If someone wants to go on vacation to relax, then definitely do not take this hotel.

Parking was a little bit of a problem. There is no parking at the hotel and a small parking area near by, then the rest is street parking. Shot in the dark when you pull in if there is any parking available.

Staff were AMAZING!! The hotel was all-inclusive and provided 3 meals a day in a huge buffet style dining area. When I checked in, it was nearing the end of the lunch hour. Before they even checked me in they asked if I was hungry and welcomed me to go eat lunch first, then check in. I was there for 5 days and the staff just continued to impress me. The World Cup was going on and I would call the front desk to find out which stations it would be broadcast on. After only one day, they new me and had the channels already ready for me when I called!! I wish I could call out all of them by name, but KUDOS to the ENTIRE reception staff!! Room was huge and comfortable with a balcony and great view. Food was absolutely amazing as well. HUGE buffets with wine and beer all made by professional cooks. Paella was phenomenal!! I rarely tip buffet style food places since there's not really personal service. This place was different...the restaurant crew were awesome! Service, table clean up, cleanliness of restaurant, well stocked food/wine. They never missed the mark...I gave a HUGE tip to the staff on the last day. HIGHLY recommend this hotel...10 stars!!

Air conditioning in room 3019 didn't work properly the whole trip. The food is very bland, they do 50 things badly rather than 5 things well. The pool in the VIP section was not heated and was freezing and the jacuzzi part was not turned on.

Beautiful place, fab location All the staff worked so hard and looked after us so well (thank you Isobel, Henry & Leal to name a few) Food and drinks were absolutely superb and probably the best all inclusive food we have ever had, we were spoilt for choice every meal time We had a blissful week here, highly recommend a stay and would advise you go for longer if possible

Hot food at breakfast lunch and dinner was never hot saw some people using microwave to heat things chef would crack a few eggs on hot plate and disappear by the time he would come back there would be a que and eggs over done we ate out a lot of the time or had cold foods for breakfast lunch and dinner There needs to be a restaurant manager as things were always running out and there would be no chefs about keep disappearing
