The roof top restaurant is a bit cold this time of year

I liked all the staff and they were so helpful and nothing was too muich trouble. I wouild book this hotel and or any other in this chain of hotels. I would also recommend to friends.

Everything was good but if I complain about something, it will be about few itens on the breakfast. The tortilla was uncooked and cold, very unpleasant, as we were in Spain I was expecting to have a good one! But overall they have a good variety of everything.

The location is perfect, close to everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable, spacious and has lots of storage. Good variety at the breakfast too. We wish we could stay longer!

The roof top bar servers need to be a little more attentive to the customers. We had to go find them every time we wanted something. But once we asked, they were prompt in their service.

We loved this hotel. We were here for 5 days over the Christmas period. The city was very crowded and the roof top bar was just the antidote. We enjoyed it every day, sometimes more than once a day! The staff is great. Love the front desk people. We had rented a car and this hotel was a dream for that. We were able to come and go as we pleased easily.

The breakfast in main dining room was over priced at 21 Euros per person. Would suggest having a cheaper continental breakfast available as an alternative to the buffet breakfast.

This is a new hotel in the centre of Malaga. It has been well designed and has a bright modern airy feel. It is located next to the dry riverside and close to the old quarter of the city and marina. The room was spotless and well appointed. However, there was a smell of dampness in bathroom. This was reported and dealt with by staff. It seems it related to water leaking from shower to floor. Nice balcony on 4 th floor with views of city. Tiles on balcony a bit overbearing. Would suggest something a bit more plain. The hotel roof terrace was outstanding. 360 degrees of the city from the 9 th floor. Small plunge pool and comfy seating throughout. Excellent roof top bar/ restaurant. Staff were excellent and attentive. Could do with better toilets as the one toilet gets busy! This was where we spent most of our time when not exploring the wonderful city. It has a calm and relaxed feel to it and we were blessed with glorious warm weather during our visit in January. A total joy. Roof top bar / restaurant prices reasonable.

The balcony on the 1st floor seems pretty open for people who walk that road . So I didn’t feel comfortable using it during my stay. But that’s not an issue, it’s a personal preference! I’d definitely stay here again and I’ll recommend!

The location, cleanliness and the staff was respectful and helpful. I enjoyed my time at this hotel and my room was so comfortable. it was a nice touch to have the balcony too

Price I paid for the room per night should have included breakfast, rather expensive. This option wasnt even available during booking.

Had a continental breakfast which was really nice, big portion and was unable to finish it. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant was very nice, staff were very polite and attentive to our needs. If you wanted, room was cleaned immaculatlely, towels changed and complimentary water/tea/coffee replacedn daily. Didnt tell the staff but somehow knew it my birthday, came back to my room to find a bottle of bubbly. Lovely surprise

There is nothing not to like. The family had fun and happy :) The pool was cold but my daughter just swim the cold and enjoy it anyway. Perfect if its heated :) I think my daughter forgot her drawing book and she is sad about it, can you check if its there in room 218 and contact us? She would be very glad if its not gone :)

Beautiful modern hotel, very good location, at the edge of the historic city centre and just a few steps away from the airport shuttle stop. Rooftop terrace is wonderful. We were greeted with a cava on arrival. Room was spacious and comfy.
