We had a sea view room on the fifth floor which was beside a club bar called Bona Chica and it was constant music of boom boom till 2am. As we were there only 3 nights we accepted it but definitely would have been asked to move as didn’t get to sleep till 3 am if we had been there for a week

Booked half board only to be told on arrival that you need to wear long trousers and have to book for dinner every night, not ideal in 25 degrees. Hotel was nice however for the price we paid I was expecting the rooms to be a little more modern and nicer. Our room could do with a renovation, even some paint and touch ups would do. The bathroom was very worn and dated looking.

Hotel and bar staff were all very friendly, facilities in the hotel were good. Evening entertainment was good. The location was excellent with plenty to see and do within walking distance, right on the beach as well. Was very quiet and relaxed due to it being adults only which is exactly what we were looking for. The choice of pools is great, the main pool and bar was a lovely place to relax in the afternoon after a busy day exploring Tenerife.

You could not get all types of beverages in each restaurant/bar . We would have liked an aperol spritz in the Italian restaurant and a gin and tonic in the mirador restaurant my other family members do not drink beer or wine so having the all inclusive / privileged package felt very limited.

It was a little too expensive and there were mostly very old English people- if I go to Tenerife again I would choose an hotel close to Hard Rock hotel.

Convenient direct beach access (though after check out they didn’t give me an entrance card to go back to the hotel so had to walk all the way to the hotel using the main road with my bikinis), comfy sun loungers.

The loud classes at the smaller pool.

I loved this hotel, I’m not 100% sure why.! The rooms are fine, a little tired maybe but clean and the bed was comfortable. The main thing was that I felt relaxed here, it was a very easy hotel experience. Great location on the beach, lovely watching the sunset from the balcony or the restaurant.

The room's patio door jammed open all night. Staff tried to fix it and offered alternative room. Maintenance fixed it at 8 am. Noisy night as alternative room unsuitable. Prevention is better than cure! This was a 'superior' room, such a problem regrettable, though everything was done to help. Some of the entertainment was good but quite a few weak performances/choices

It doesn't have a real wellness center, there is just a sauna and a massage center.

Top position! Less than 15 minutes by taxi from the Airport, direct access to the beach, 30 minutes by car for from the Teide park. All inclusive hotel: very good restaurants, gym, swimming pools, day and night entertainment. If you like you can just spend the entire vacation inside the hotel. Otherwise you can easily find a way to organise excursions, trips around the island and outdoor activities. Very nice staff. We were here the 31st of December. The hotel organised a super dinner and post party.

Dirty carpet in the hallway. Walls need painting. Some staffers were not friendly. Paying for water at lunch and dinner. No coffee or tee at lunch or dinner although the dessert was available; very strange and cheap for the four star hotel.

It is in a very busy, sometimes noisy location. The area around it is very built up. The hotel itself seemed at times an oasis of calm in its midst!

The dinner (included) was very poor so we only gave it a try the first night and then the last one. Quality of the food (buffet) was poor in both cases. The latter night we showed up half an hour before the closing time, (the restaurant welcomed guests between 19:30 and 21:30). However the staff started to remove the food already at 21:00. Around 21:15 there were at least around 20 staff members/servants cleaning tables and removing the food. Around 21:40 (10 minutes after closing "the gate") we were kindly asked to leave the room but offered to take the unfinished wine with us to the lobby and finish it upstairs.
