Friendly staff. Super quiet. Great location with direct access to the beach. Easy to park if you have rental car. Good selection and good quality of food. In bufet restaurant everyone could find sth a lot of vegie options as well.

Internet in Hotel room was unstable. In the lobby area Internet was good and I did not use it much so overall it did not disturb me much. The Sports equipment in the fitness room could do with some repairs/ replacements (e.g. abductor machine not working properly with low weights) but overall fitness room was decent - I was using it every day. Sauna could be hotter (only had 65 degrees Celsius). But I guess one could ask the staff to turn it up if needed (I did not ask).

Great location with direct access to the beach and plenty of parking spaces next to the beach-side exit. Very big food selection with high quality food (e.g. always a big selection of various meats and types of fish for lunch and dinner). If you book a „privilege“ room you get access to two additional restaurants (pizzeria + a-la-carte restaurant).

Food was amazing. Big clean pool and lovely staff. Hotel was busy yet really quiet. Perfect for relaxing stay. They let us stay by the pool with all inclusive after we check out and was waiting for airport transfer. Higly recommend!

The buffet dinner is pretty average considering the price point of the property.

Really beautiful property with amazing views and a lot of conveniences within the compound. Breakfast was delicious, coffee was great, includes mimosa fixings. The beach is really beautiful - apparently clothed and nude - fyi. Very chill crowd at the hotel generally. Nice for calm relaxing stays.

I didn’t like that though, they provided a kettle and cups. There were no tea or coffee provisions in the room at all. I didn’t like I had to pay €16 to rent the SafeDeposit key. I didn’t like that there was no water provided free at all with dinner.

I liked the room, the terrace and view in my room, the outside space and pool area , the number of sunloungers , the location, the choice of food breakfast, the free parking.

They could use some more evening entertainment. This was our first time at an adults only and we may not go again The beach was full of nudists which wasn't super comfortable The resorts sauna, on the 2 occasions I went to it, had a middle aged man enter nude when I, a woman, was alone in the sauna. This was uncomfortable and the spa employee brushed me off. Guest services said it wasn't right but I wouldn't visit the sauna again The food, even when new plates would come out, was luke warm at best There is only one outdoor pool, it's a gorgeous pool but was hardly used by anyone the entire time I was there as it's so cold (not heated) Our room was just below the dining area and so in the morning you could just hear chairs scraping the floor above you constantly

The ocean terrace bar is beautiful They include a good selection of cocktails etc on the all inclusive menu The views are very pretty and it's nice there's a beach so close by The room was very comfortable There is a cat house with a sign that the cats are well fed and get regular checkups from a vet. Lovely hotel, very well maintained. The room was spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast and dinner were very nice also, with a large selection of dishes for every taste. The staff was always helpful and friendly. A big plus is also the proximity to a wonderful beach, accessible from the hotel grounds. Their SPA services are very good also, a must try, had a perfect massage there. Great value for money, highly recommend.

Nice quiet location. Spacious room with huge bed and private balcony overlooking the sea. Great coffee machine in room. Very clean environment. Staff were very helpful. Ample free parking outside hotel and on the side road. Buffet dinner choice was excellent, I had a half board deal and planned to eat-in only one or two nights, but I did so for all four.

Confusing hotel layout. The staff are clearly overworked and miserable - especially those working the buffet restaurant. Waiters were hit and miss. Overall not overly friendly. Female staff were nicer so not sure if it was because I was a young woman alone...

Quiet location. Very big room and huge balcony with decent sea views. Clean enough but definitely not spotless - bathroom floor especially. Good breakfast with option of fresh eggs, fresh pancakes, fresh smoothies. Dinner reasonable.

Concerts and disco at the pool bar in the evening and the hotel rooms are next to it. If you want to rest and have a quiet night, it is impossible. Such activities should take place in a separate location, not next to the rooms. Food quality was average and can be improved - there was enough choice but not tasty.

Food at the main restaurant was only ok, I'd say. Really not bad, but not amazing either. There is a buffet 3x a day, and it varies between meals and days. There is a lot to choose from. The buffet situation doesn't help with meat and fish, though. Everything is cooked through and then kept warm until you pick it up. So some dishes are dry. Also, it doesn't cater to vegetarians/vegans a lot. There is no special section for these types of dishes, and oftentimes, vegetables are cooked or presented with meat in/on them, making them a bit inaccessible for some people. They try to always have a special section at dinner (like sushi or south-american food), but I didn't really get why. Was kind of random. For lunch, I suggest trying the poolside bar, I liked it better there. For breakfast, there are varying freshly made smoothies at the main restaurant. They tell you what's in there. Don't mistake tomato for blood orange juice... ;) Also, there are crêpes made freshly. But sadly, no "real" Nutella. Salads are great and can be assembled by yourself, or some varying ones are portioned already.

The hotel is beautiful and has many things to offer (special mention: the rooftop area with an amazing view). The scenery around the hotel is cool since it is at the border to the desert-like area. Also, there are at least 3 cats that regularly visit and stroll around the hotel grounds, which was a very pleasant surprise. The beach has very soft sand, the weather was perfect still at the end of Oct, there was always a slight wind but never cold. The pool is not suited for sport swimming, but they rarely are in hotels, and I didn't mind. From the Spa/Gym area I can only attest to the massage, which was great. The pool bar has great snacks for lunch, and the neighboring cafe makes good coffee (and offers tasty desserts as well). The rooms are very spacious, nicely equipped, and always clean. As a side note: it seems like most visitors are Germans, and many of them are pensioners. Most employees understand basic German, the receptionists are fluent. All employees I met seemed very open and tried to help to their best ability. Another side note: might be a German thing, but there are many naked people at the beach. :D

There is no service to the beach. I hate hotels with certain rules during dining time. You have to wear trousers for dining which is feeling me not on vacation but instead in a business meeting. We do not plan to visit the hotel again only for this reason since it feels like at work rather than having island vibe.

We stayed 10 days together with my wife. The staff is amazing and always super helpful. The hotel is close to the beach but it is not a private beach and there is no service to the beach. Sometimes you can see some naturalists on the beach. The food is good and tasty but always the same in order throughout the week after some time you get bored.

The restaurant staff was often unfriendly and sometimes rude for no reason. The food wasn't always fresh however there was a lot of choice so we always managed to find something okay to eat. The bed were a bit uncomfortable.

The cleaning staff was always friendly and professional. Our room was spacious and well decorated. The check in and check out process were smooth and quick. The location of the hotel is excellent, just in front of one of the best beaches on the island. We never struggled to find parking on the street in front of the hotel.
