No kettle in room (only coffee machine) but when we asked for a kettle they provided one.

Great location next to the Cathedral in the old town - fantastic view of the Santa Semana festivities. Beautiful decor and the place smells devine. Wonderful Thai restaurant next door with friendly staff and we ate there a couple of nights.

Clean, modern, large room, large bathroom. In the ideal center, close to the best restaurants and sights. Cleaning every day, restocking coffee and cupcakes - too.Truly the perfect place to stay in Alicante.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town, close to the sights, the sea front, shops and restaurants. A modern conversion in a genuine old building. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and there was a coffee machine provided and a small cake and a mini fridge with a welcome bottle of water.

We didn’t know how to get in the house when we arrived but it was no problem finding the answer

Coffee machine wasn’t working.

It was lovely! Very clean, smelt lovely and the decor was spot on. Modern but authentic. Communication and accessing the room was faultless. Excellent location.

The street in front of the hotel can get loud at night. The outside noises can be disturbing in the rooms.

I got the access code earlier than I expected and it didn't work but after a phone call everything worked fine, so it wasn't a big deal.

The room was clean, the personnel cleaning it were nice, location was very good and surprisingly quiet (I wasn't there during the weekend though), coffee machine was nice to have - and the pastries - and there was a fridge that was good for me.

We got a message to check in online. It didn't work (they said it was because check in was at 2pm and we tried it at 1.30pm) and it took time until they answered our call. They didn't have whatsapp to send a message. We also called the door bell and nobody came. So it was a bit annoying to stand in front of the door without getting in! Luckily the cleaning lady then came outside and saw us. Nice coffee machine in the room but only paper cups. Would be nice to have real coffee cups! They could also have a kettle to boil water for tea!

Very nice and big room on the 3rd floor. Beds were big and comfortable. Balcony was very small but it was still nice. Especially when the building opposite looked like abandoned so we could be there in peace. Good location next to the church and nice old town atmosphere!

I was there on a Saturday evening and you do hear some sounds from people on the streets, but nothing too bad. Check out is a bit early (11:00)

The room had a nice coffee maker with some paper cups , I know the world has gone nuts for coffee but I don't drink coffee ! I had to go and buy a kettle and 2 china mugs. A kettle in the room will still make coffee but will also make tea , hot chocolate, cup soups ,rice and noodle pots , some medicinal drinks and much much more . The original memory foam ?pillows were like laying your head on a brick , Luckily the maid changed them for a standard type pillow after the first couple of nights. I have already purchased a small kettle for my next stay in September , already booked.

I liked pretty much everything about the room , the location , cleanliness and the condition of the décor and furniture.
