Really enjoyed the stay! Great location - easily accessible by metro (5 mins away) and only 5 or 6 stops from the city centre! The area is very calm and nice, the host is very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable! Thanks and recommend it!

Very nice hosts. The room was not large, but had everything you needed. Free parking nearby. Very close to the metro station. Price/quality ratio - wonderful!

We were only visiting for a long weekend, so accepted having our family of 4 in a single room. This wasn't ideal for sleeping, getting dressed, etc. but we were out all day and just needed somewhere to sleep. If it had been a longer stay, I would have booked an entire apartment, but for our purposes on this holiday, two double beds in a room was fine.

Location was just outside the city centre, but just a 10 euro Uber and 15 minutes away from it, and slightly less to Santa Justa train station. This ended up being cheaper for us than paying more for accommodation in the centre.

Location is great. Metro is close to the house so you can easily get to the city center. It is quiet place to sleep, but also if you want, you can find some restaurants or supermarket near there. Really nice owners always happy to help. Best stay ever.

The place was perfect for our trip. It’s in a perfect residential area with all basic amenities nearby. The Host was super friendly and welcomed us even after the check-in time. Check-out was also flexible. The place was clean and tidy. The Hosts were friendly and recommended many local places to visit and eat.

I needed an affordable place to stay for one night and hit the jackpot😊 The hosts are so wonderful and gracious people. I believe they can make anyone feel at home in their beautiful, recently renovated house. The room is very nice and clean and the blankets and towels were crisp. The shared bathroom might be a downside but it's really clean - just like the rest of the house. The neighborhood is quiet and you can have delicious tapas at Roberto's restaurant nearby. We had a perfect stay and would come back anytime when in Sevilla.

I am sure it was written somewhere in the description, but there is no en-suite bathroom, it is shared between a couple of rooms - I must have missed it (if I had known, I wouldn't have booked it). Having said that, the place was spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, the room was very small. We are a family of 3 and we had barely space to move around, let alone store our bags. In the pictures it looked big, but in reality it is not.

The host was very nice. The location is good (when you are coming by car), it is a residential district outside the centre, but a metro station is a few minutes away and you can get to the centre in no time. There are plenty of cafes and a supermarket around, so you can have your breakfast and because it is not in the centre, cafes are authentic and cheap. You can park your car for free in the neighbourhood, and we were lucky enough to find a spot instantly (you may not be that lucky, if you come late). The neighbourhood looked safe.

it's quite far out and still isn't a bargain. If you're looking for privacy, then consider not staying here, walls are superthin and rooms are tiny. If you need to get there and away, there's no Metro running at night, so that turned out to be difficult for us, catching our early morning flight, you gotta take an Uber, a taxi or walk to San Bernardo station which is almost 3km away.

very friendly hosts who look after you, Metro station Amate is just a 2 min. walk away. Clean, newly built and beds are so comfy. They have a small fridge, a kettle, a sink and some dishes for shared use. The owner lives downstairs, so it's really more of a homestay.
