I booked this room for my 23 year old daughter who was trying to find long term accommodation in Madrid. The apartment is super clean and in a great location. The host, Simone, is incredible and went to great lengths to help my daughter, all the time making little of his efforts. First class host. Highly recommended.

Simone and Kris were both very welcoming and nice. Everything was well communicated. The place is very safe and accessible even if a bit out of the main Madrid centro. The apartment unit is immaculately spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast and the coffee was a bonus. I enjoyed my short stay here. 😊

If you want a place all for yourself, choose a regular hotel.

This is a room inside a private apartment, with facilities shared with the friendly hosts. The stay had a personal touch with a welcome message and arrival support via Whatsapp. Breakfast is healthy and freshly prepared, coffee meets high Italian standards. The place is meticulously clean, and has been decorated with an eye for detail.

it’s very comfortable, 10/12 minutes from big treinstation with direct connection to the AirPort an the centre of Madrid. The room is almost new and in very good condition.

Perfect location for conference at IE Tower. Helped up the stairs with my suitcase. A very comfortable bed and a beautiful appartment. Fabulous shower. The hosts could not have been more helpful.

Absolutely nothing !

I booked the stay for my parents who were first time in Spain and were worried about language barrier, dietary preferences etc. (They are vegetarians who dont eat egg). But Simone and Kristopher exceeded their expectation in terms of hospitality by making them feeling very comfortable in their house. My father loved the breakfast provided and mother was wowed by the cleanliness of the room. They both mentioned that the hosts were the kindest and nicest people they ever met in their life. Thanks a lot for making my parents feel so comfortable in a foreign country.

Nothing not to like.

The hosts, Simone and Kris, were very welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I arrived on a late flight, which was delayed, and they very kindly waited up for me. In the morning they made me breakfast to my liking and even went out and bought some decaff coffee for me to have. Their apartment is clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed for my short stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again. Thank you Simone and Kris!

The bedroom was quite small. It was perhaps better suited to one guest than two. Shared living room and bathroom with the owners.

Our hosts were very welcoming and accomodating, including fixing a gourmet breakfast. The apartment was beautiful--recently remodeled and with very attractive decor. Location was ideal for us, between the train station (walking distance) and the airport (short taxi ride). Great price.

As a foreign traveler I was very lucky that Simone and Kris were more than happy to take me to the train station, running at that. They were very sweet and I’d recommend anyone to stay there!

Great location of the place - 15 minutes to reach a metro station, really quiet district and there is a shop close to the apartment. It was always clean in the house, Simone and Chris were always polite and ready to talk about any topic, also they suggested visiting a few main cultural places in Madrid, traditional Spanish breakfast exceeded our expectation (on the final day Simone even cooked us a very delicious apple pie!). Simone and Chris welcomed us so warmly that I felt like arriving at home. No issues happened or any discomfort arise. In case you need to walk and feel that you are lost - it is easy to locate the apartment because you can orienteer by 5 Torres. In case we will be arriving at Madrid once again, there is a high chance we will stay at Simone and Chris again if it will be possible!

More suited to a solo traveller I would say given sharing space

Location within 5 minute walk to Metro . Room was clean and comfortable . loved that there was netflix for nite in after long flight etc . Simone and Krys were great hosts and helped with navigating the city

This is actually a bed and breakfast joint.It can be claustrophobic as the room is narrow..If you are older the steps would be a problem and hauling a bag up wouldn't have been possible without the host..

The hosts were really friendly and most of all helpful.If you are new and you need someone familiar with the place than this place will work for you.
