The window is located towards an internal courtyard so you should not expect any city view. I was mainly spending my time out in the town or beach so this did not bother me.

Clean and comfy studio that offered everything what I needed for a short break. Nice powerful shower with many functions. The location was great - the district is very trendy and friendly with lots of cafes and restaurants serving delicious food. Good location for LGBTQ+ venues too. Bicycle rental places available near by. Walkable distance to the old town centre and good connection to the public transport and airport. The host - Sławomir- was very friendly and welcoming. It felt like staying with a friend. Slawomir gave me lots of tips and recomendaciones what to visit in Valencia (he even messaged me a sightseeing route; public transport app and how it works). If I was to visit this beautiful city in the future I will definitely stay there again.

The room is a bit small, so it's quite limited in space. To open the closet, the table has to be closed; it's doable but that's the main downside to this studio.

Friendliest staff that checked-me in and explained all facilities (like the shower, lights and microwave). The facilities are very modern and impressive.

There's nothing to look at outside the window, which faces a shabby courtyard. Some noises from other apartments are audible, although not excessively loud.

It is what it says it is: a (very) small private studio. A bedroom (c.10 sq.m.), a tiny kitchenette and a tiny bathroom (WC and shower). There's no washbasin in the bathroom, as it was too small to put it in, so you have to use the sink in the kitchenette, which doubles for a washbasin (e.g. to shave). It was refurbished in 2023 so everything is brand new and clean (as of 2023). The shower has several fancy features. There's a multifunction microwave oven, so you might even try to cook something in it (there's no cooker or hob). Pottery, cutlery, and a selection of fine teas are available (nice!). The host (Slawomir) is very helpful. Overall, it's a suitable place to spend the night in, for a competitive price compared to the hotels base. It's not a place to sit in and relax for any extended time.

I loved everything.

Omg this place is an absolute gem. I wish I could've stayed longer! Slawomir (who greeted me at the door) was the kindest human I've ever met. Celso (the owner) was also super nice. The place was extremely clean. The room was comfortable and quiet! My previous room in Granada and Alicante had been on busy streets where street sweeping was happening all night long and I didn't get a decent nights sleep, so to get a nice comfy and quiet room was incredible. There is aircon in the room that works extremely well and is super quiet. Also the neighborhood is amazing! So many cute little shops, bakeries, and incredible restaurants to eat at. Transportation is close by and you could even walk to the Old City if you wanted. There's a kitchen you can use as well and Slawomir was nice enough to let me use some of his coffee, tea, and spices. Overall I felt super comfortable and happy at this place!

My host was very kind and accommodating! After the first night, they checked in on me to make sure everything was okay, and they even sent me some recommendations for markets in the area. The room was a great value, and it's in a fun area!

More room than studio (my fault, should have paid more attention when booking), weird smells getting in from inner courtyard until about 2am, no stove top.

Lovely hosts with lots of information so it was easy to get to and find the accomodation from the airport; great location (just 5min from Metro 10, and 15min from inner city), quiet room with window to inner courtyard, toiletries, fridge, kettle, microwave and basic kitchen supplies.

One-bed room at the third floor of a building probably from the 60's. Great location for Fallas in the district with city lights where most of the popular celebrations are taking place.
