Great location in the old town of Valencia, clean, cozy, comfortable, staff very kind and supportive. I definitely recommend for the persons who want to make Valencia old town tour.

The bed a little small for two people. The roof top garden should have had some sun shading, some sun parasolls.

In front of the place had a school and it was a bit loud. For all 7 nights no one came to clean the place and offer us to change our sheets and towels. May be if we asked, they probably would do it...

The apartments are not sound proof, some visitors are very loud even at early hours in the night. Not so much recommended for a long stay if you have difficulties in finding sleep.

The street gets pretty busy at night, but it's a worthy sacrifice. The bed was too firm for our liking and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but the couch the job did just fine.

The location was great, everything was at walking distance. The apartment had everything we might have needed on our stay and the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

You have to pay a deposit of 100 euros for any damages you may cause. If after leaving, everything is ok then you get back your deposit. Inside the house there is a list of things that you have to pay if happened (e.g losing key, smoking, etc)

The house was close to the center of the city so you can go for a walk on foot.

The location is central and nice however it was just in front of a school that had tremendous waking up with children shouting and hitting the basketball to metal bars on the walls and making a terrible noise. And the second undelightful part is that the hotel asked us a prepayment which wasn't indicated on booking reservation page. They made us pay even before our arrival because our check-in was later than their staff stopped working. I wish they simply indicated this on booking reservation.

Small and old facilities in the bathroom, the flush wasn’t working properly. Our apartment was facing school patio so it was quite loud and lacking privacy.

The location is very convenient, very well working air conditioning, spacious living room. Big plus for being pet friendly

The space of the apartment and the washroom is far less than the expectations in terms of the rates. Also the bed was not at all comfortable. Hope the owner does the justice with the rates and does the required changes to provide basic comforts.

Lack of hangers for our clothes (we stayed for a week and could have done with more) No toilet paper provided on arrival (had to go and find a supermarket)

Situated in a very good location for markets, bars, restaurants and places to visit. Very easy to get to from the airport, Metro 3 or 5 to Angel Guimera then just a 5 minute walk. A special thanks to Marguerite (forgive me if I have spelled your name wrongly) for the information you were able to give and for answering all my questions, you were extremely helpful👍and Nico who was also very welcoming and approachable Nice apartment, clean, spacious and quite well equipped. We both enjoyed our stay in Happy Apartments Valencia 😊
