We booked "two bedroom apartment" for two adults and a kid. The description doesn't say that one of the bedrooms is open-spaced, located on upper level just opposite the terrace. If we had known that, we wouldn't have booked this apartment because this bedroom was unusable for a kid, but when I explained the problem to the employee, he said it was out of their control and did nothing to compensate us.

The wall is so thin that you can hear the next door chatting till 3 am most nights that we were there. Hence given that low score.

It is very sad to write this, but in the end it was bad experience. Feel like they tried to deceive me and did not return the deposit of 50 euros, thank you booking.com for helping returning the money to me. I treated the apartment very carefully, I even cleaned up before leaving, by the phone they confirmed that everything was perfect, but after, they still didn't returned me money...They came up with the idea that the guest should take the bag of garbage with them, may be to the airoport, i never hear about strange rule like this and this is not indicated anywhere, I read all the rules before checking in at their own website and at booking.com. By the word, the administrator who did the check-in was a bit drunk, gave me keys, took from me deposite 100 EUR and later fell asleep at the reception desk, ok, no problem, but maybe thats why he didn't tell me rules, which you can't find at their website. !Please also note that they have different check-out times indicated on their website (12:00) and on at booking.com (11:00), for which you can also get a fine! Room overlooking the school and school stadium, a bit noisy. In the evening, at the street is scary to walk, there is a graffiti (you can chek view at google maps). Room was good. Location, if din't take mind information about school, grafity, is good, location in the center, there are some small shop close with water and snaks. Also in the fridge was a bottle of water, small but nice kitchen, you just need to buy oil, if you want to cook. This is my honest review and it’s a pity that the impressions of my stay in Valencia were spoiled. This is the first time I’ve encountered something like this, although I travel a lot.

The bathroom is a bit too small, in particular the sink and the shower if you are taller than 170 cm.

The apartment is near the city center and it is really comfortable and spacious. The receptionist is kind and available if needed.

The apartment is located right next to a school with a big outdoor sports ground and it was constantly very loud except on Sunday - had we known about this prior to booking, we would have DEFINITELY chosen another place to stay. The bikes that we borrowed were not in great condition at all, the apartment itself looked way better on the pictures than in person, the bathroom including the toilet was incredibly tiny for an apartment suited for 5(!) people and constantly smelled bad. The huge terrace displayed on the pictures (which was one of the main reasons why we chose this apartment) was actually divided in half and not at all like promised on the website. It had some uncomfortable outdoor seating furniture without any pillows and the table made of plastic easily broke by just leaning my foot against it - for which I was charged 40(!)€. If you still decide to book, make sure you thoroughly read their guidelines because they will charge you extra for basically everything - even for not taking the trash bag out.

The bathroom could be updated, there is no big mirror (I need to go to the elevator to see myself), the apartment is in good location- everything is close for visit but it’s immediately close to school and in the morning it’s impossible to sleep because of noise. It seemed like we are in ZOO. The bed and the sofa are so so bad and uncomfortable. If I needed to sleep one more night in the sofa, I would need to go to physiotherapy. We only had one pill for washing machine for dishes so we couldn’t wash everything, also the toilet paper- we need to ask for more.

In a self catering apartment that provided teabags I would expect to find a kettle, we had to ask for one after the weekend and it was eventually provided. Equally some instructions on using the cooker and hob should be provided. Some basics should also be provided, such as salt, pepper and a little oil for cooking. Why are there only two coat hangers? There should be at least six. Some shower instructions would also be helpful.

It is a basement, decorated as appartement (not ground floor located as advertised, but -1 level). - Towels were in a grey-white color, with doutbtful cleanliness. - Take a shower before 8 PM, otherwise your risk to bath with lukewarm/cold water.

Good Location -The check-in is at 15 PM, but the room was ready much earlier at 12.00

The bathroom was awful. Marks on towels. No bedding for the sofa & Uncomfortable bed settee. Basic maintenance needed.. Broken chair Light bulbs not working. Bathroom Extractor hit & miss. Scaled up shower head,plus no hot water. Couldn't use the rain shower head as no water would come out( needs new or descaling). Front Door lock an absolute nightmare to open& lock! Metal trim around the kitchen loose,screws sticking up. Watch out if in bare feet! Only one mirror in the apt which was a small one in bathroom. Try sharing that with teenagers! No hairdryer. School opposite & the noise

The Sofa bed in the living room is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. I say slept on, I actually didn´t sleep. It was so uncomfortable, with an incredibly thin mattress and a metal bar going across our backs. It made for a pretty miserable second day in Valencia as we were so tired. Not helped by the fact the blinds in the living room weren´t actually long enough to cover the windows, so as soon as it got light we wouldn´t have slept anyway. Also, the shower was awful. Hardly any water actually came out of the shower head, I think because all the holes were so thick with mildew. Most of the water was actually coming out of the top of the shower head and hitting the ceiling!! WIFI almost unusable.

Apartment 4. Great Location, clean, bright and airy apartment, with nice touches like coffee machine and pods. Bed in bedroom nice size. Reception Staff very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly.
