The mattress was the inflatable one, very hard and quite uncomfortable. The kitchen is a bit small and there is no common space where to gather, so that the people end up being in the room mostly, disturbing other people who wants to sleep.

The place is very clean and the staff is welcoming. The overall first impression was very good.

So many things that were problem for me, first of all the staff doesn't speak english at all, which is the biggest problem. If you have a problem with the booking how I had, I am telling you it is gonna be very very hard to understand each other and solve the problem. The rooms do not have lockers so the safety is 0% for your personal belongings. Wi fi wasnt good. The staff were friendly, except the lady manager, I hope she smiles more in the future.

The location is great exactly on the centre ans you can walk everywhere without even using public transport, taxi or whatever. Metro station is 10 meters away. the toilets and bathrooms in the hostel are very clean.

Its a hostel, I got it, but I had an upper bed without connection to electricity, the matress was inflatable one, It was 8 beds in one room and I didn't even had curtain to close for some privacy.

I like stuff aproach, everyone was super nice.

very uncomfortable inflatable beds. kitchen is small and not big enough for socializing.

walking distance to all actions and places. practical for short stays in the city center with small kitchen facilities.

Even don’t have a living room. I don't even have a table to eat my food. There is only one table in the kitchen with four seats, and some talkative people are always sitting there. It's annoying. Safety is also a concern; a stranger from the street can just walk into the hostel and access all rooms, stealing everything. I only stayed one night, and I'm lucky I didn't lose anything.

Honestly noisy beds, small showers but understandable based on the size of the apartment. Preferably have men and women bathrooms separated.

Practically no wifi and storage at the facility so be ware of this. However not the end of the world. Staff offered to store my valuables in their offices which I found a thoughtful workaround.

The staff, location and facilities were great! Staff were nice and friendly and offered to store valuables amidst the lack of regular lockers at the facility. Being right on Gran Via, one is mere metres away from numerous shops, cafes and restaurants and Callao metro stop is right next to the building. Facilities were clean and in good condition, a bang for one's buck really.

The room was too small for 6 people, it was very noisy and we had to keep the window open during the night because the A/C that was promised did not work. The beds were inflatable mattresses which was so noisy and uncomfortable.

The location was good and well connected.

The hostel was very hard to find and the pictures online didn't help me to locate it. People had some very negative reviews and also the website said the hostel was closed for bookings. The rooms also didn't have any air conditioning so they were very hot and hard to get back into after about 9pm

The location was good with some very friendly people and good suggestions for restaurants and bars to hang out and meet new people.Very central with loads of touristy shops

The bed is uncomfortable. Their is no private locker. One washroom is big the other two are too small. The hostel people doesn't like to communicate in English. Even they doesn't know basic English like potato oil etc. Very difficult to communicate

Bunk beds were tight(keep banging my head on top bunkbed)..bathroo were small & tight.. common rooms were tight- uncomfortable always dark..it's always dim & staff keep asking g us to off lites..

The only issue was that the mattress was inflatable. It was comfortable enough, but a little noisy when I moved, so not so relaxing for sleeping nearby others.

They were very friendly and helpful. It was resonably quiet at night (not a party hostel at least the night I was there), which I was grateful for. Great location

The facilities were lacking and the security doesn't exist - no lockers, room keys, not even a code for the entrance. Toilets very tiny. I think for the price it is all to be expected and despite these things, and the lack of any kind of vibes, I would still stay again because the price can't be beat!
