Great little hotel. Beautifully done and owners took such pride in it. Lovely warm atmosphere and very helpful and warm people. This may only be a 2 star hotel but it beats many 4/5 star hotels we have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable stay with very friendly hosts who make you feel at home. Relaxing in the lounge area is lovely and it has a very nice outside terrace. This small family hotel is very quiet, high quality and they make you feel really welcome .

Last minute booking en-route from Marbella to Stratford-upon-Avon - what a find! Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Fantastic customer service. Owners went above and beyond to be helpful. Arranged for a taxi to San Sebastián and recommended an outstanding restaurant. Such a beautiful, stylish hotel. Best night sleep.I hope to return one day.

Everything! The owners of the hotel were a delight, so friendly and helpful. They wanted their guests to feel at home. The house is beautiful as was the location. Our bedroom was very clean and modern with a quirky touch to it. I didn’t want to leave!

Very friendly staff and beautiful renovated property, surrounded by countryside close to San Sebastián.We used local bus into town only short walk away. We unfortunately had to leave a day early, but will hopefully visit again!

The accommodation is a 10/10. Rooms are immaculate and staff are extremely helpful. Free safe parking. Breakfast was excellent and great value. All local produce. You must try the apple juice!

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and very convenient location as it is not too far from the motorway. From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. We enjoyed diner and breakfast at the hotel, all very tasty. The bed was comfortable. Parking in front of the hotel in a very secure place.

The location was excellent, perfect placed just outside San Sebastián in a tranquil setting. The ability to have great food whilst looking out across the orchard was great. The hotel itself was brilliant, the room was lovely and the most impressive element was the hospitality. We felt like the owners couldn’t do enough for us, up to special effort being made to give us breakfast for our early flight.

Amazing staff that were so personal and took great care of us. We wanted to go to the beach and offered us towels. We loved sitting on the veranda for cocktails and breakfast overlooking the farm. Bucolic and restorative. We felt at home!

A wonderful ancient farm building restored with great sensitivity following extensive damage by fire. The combination of contemporary interventions and the historic stonework provides a unique and welcoming environment which was totally complimented by the staff.

The hotel is beautiful in a peaceful setting in the hills above Donostia San Sebastián. The staff could not be any more helpful. They strive to make sure your stay is perfect and ours was. We found the idyllic surroundings an oasis of calm after the excitement of old town bars and restaurants.

Beautiful property. Nice to get away from the crowds of San Sebastián city. The hosts are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and delicious every morning. You can customize the breakfast offerings. Nice to have access to coffee, tea and water anytime.
