Amazingly... NOTHING.

Where to begin... I arrived and was treated like I was part of the family - of the owners. Arantxa, one of the owners, welcomed us a checked us in. Immediately she proceed to look after everything we needed, just as if I had arrive at my aunt/mom/cousin/sister home. The hotel is small, beautiful, relatively new, clean, organized, warm and welcoming. The grounds in which it sits are also well very cared for and inviting... They love their land and their hotel and it shows. Yes, this place is outside of the city, after all it is a Casa Rural. A hotel in a less densely populated area. Yet, you are 10 minutes or less, by car, from the beach. It is well worth the short drive. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, and Yolanda made sure we had our fill and then some every morning! Yes you get to know and talk the people at the hotel with their first name, it is that personal and friendly. And they go out of their way to assist you with places to visits, restaurant reservations, or just chat with you and make sure you are having a great time! The rooms are well appointed, extremely clean, modern and tastefully decorated. We were so delighted that we tried to rearrange our trip to stay longer. It should be no surprise that we couldn't. the place was fully booked for the next week +that we were traveling. During our trip we stayed in 6 different hotels, none came even close and I can think of only one other similar stay in another country where I had such a stay, in all my life. This set the bar for all others, period. Needless to say, we will stay here again when visiting San Sebastian, and returning here is now also a reason to go back.

The property is a little hard to get to, but well worth the drive! The AC was working, but seem to have a hard time keeping it cool enough.

The property was everything that an upscale bed-and-breakfast should be. The rooms were immaculate and well appointed and the common areas were inviting and comfortable. The breakfast was generous and tasty. We loved the unlimited cappuccinos and espressos.

Hotel is located in the outskirts of San Sebastian, but can as well be reached via public traffic, surrounded by a lot of green and fields, ancient building but modern interior, bright and clean rooms, friendly staff, we got a lot of helpful information, breakfast optionally available.

The property is a beautiful farm and a remodeled old farmhouse converted into a small hotel. It was a tranquil location from where I could explore the area. It was fairly easy to access downtown San Sebastien but would not be an ideal place for someone who wants to be downtown most of the time. It was ideal for me, a solo traveler, who wanted to come home to a peaceful beautiful place., who had a car and wanted to explore around the Basque countryside as well as San Sebastien. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was well situated and would give me much advise on what to do in the area. The hotel is run by 5th generation owners who know and love the area. Pride of ownership is evident everywhere

Not a fault, but be aware taxis cost approx €10 one way to town centre. There is a bus stop if preferred though!

Great spot to retreat to outside of the city, wonderful breakfast and very helpful staff, and a lovely room. a lovely old building, well renovated. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back

The location was perfect just outside San Sebastien in a very quiet beautiful location on a hill. The best thing about the place was the owners / staff. we were on a road trip and were late for first day of booking as we had a breakdown, they kindly scratched the first day of the booking without charge. throughout our stay they were extremely helpful and showed us all the best spots in SS.

Nothing. We stayed for only two nights with the first night that checked in closed to midnight. We should have booked a longer stay if we knew how good it is.

Everything was perfect. It's hands down the best place we stayed during our two weeks in Spain. The team of staff was super helpful, stayed up late for us to check-in as we were delayed. Normally we don't take breakfast, but the breakfast and dinner here were delicious, with local produce and homey cooking. Nice, affordable wine, super enjoyable at their cozy backyard. The room is clean, with stable hot shower, fast Wi-Fi internet, good air-conditioning (though it wasn't needed since the heatwave has passed).
