The key card for the door was not working it was a battery needing to be replaced but fixed as soon as we made the staff aware.

We arrived on an early flight and staff on front desk organised a room for us so obliging and gave us details on the city and top places to visit. The hotel was near the old quater of Bilboa and a short walk to the museums and restaurants.

air conditioning wasn’t working and it was too hot. bathroom/shower layout is a bit weird. very limited number of power outlets in the room and by the bed specifically. breakfast is fine but there could be more warm meals

No plug sockets on bedside tables makes charging overnight slightly arduous, no minibar. Although it’s located on the riverbank there isn’t much in the immediate vicinity and the old town with hustle and bustle / nightlife/ restaurants are all a good 10-15m walk away. The coffee at breakfast is not good unfortunately from the machine, unsure whether the hotel bar offers proper ones.

Our room was a superior king with a lovely view on the river and beautiful reading corner. The bed was 200x200 which was perfect as my husband is tall and we usually struggle in hotels to find super king beds. Breakfast has a good variety of sweet and savoury.

There was nothing negative about our stay.

The room was wonderful with a seat out in an antrim looking over the river. The beds were very comfortable, the shower excellent and the staff very helpful . The location is perfect if you want to visit the Guggenheim and easy access to the rest of the city with the tram. The breakfast was also very good.

A modern hotel in a good location with a great breakfast. Rooms are great even though we couldn’t get an upgrade.

The pet fee was the highest I've ever experienced: 25€ per night! Usually, if there even is one, the fee is between 5-10€. They also have a size limit and only allow dogs until 15 kilos. This should could be better communicated in the booking -site as we didn't realize to consult the hotel separately regarding this, as usually hotels don't have any restrictions regarding the size. Parking and the pet bring 50€ more to pay on top of the room and breakfast per each day, so just to be prepared for that.

Really well located, in a short walking distance from Guggenheim and the old town. Comfortable and clean rooms and beds! Pets allowed. Reception staff and breakfast were good as well! ☺️

Room was very hot (it was winter so heating had been on), the cold setting didn't really do the job to cool the room down so just slept with window open (which was fine since we were not at the road side)

We were no informed about the one mode Central unit. So woke up to a pool of sweat on the first day! Even though it was winter, it was only 15 degrees Celsius in Bilbao so the room was hot with no AC/fan, they had only the option of central heating. The only way to sleep is with the windows open. That was equally uncomfortable because the street was noisy.

Breakfast could have more variety. It is a bit borrowing. Everyday the same.. not too big choice. The average they put nowadays in hotels of 3/4 stars

It was a bit too hot and stuffy in the room.

The location is great! The staff are super nice and helpful. Nice restaurant and bar in the lobby. The room was quite spacious + the coffee machine.
