Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. In the old part of town, only a few steps from restaurants, bars, marina and the path to Santa Barbara castle. Exceptional hosts, very keen to help and be of assistance during the stay. Very easy check-in.

The apartment has been cleaned, but there were some overlooked details like stained pillows on the couch. The duvet cover was really uncomfortable, I think it was just two bedsheets with a duvet put in the middle. Additionally, I think that one dishwasher cube for a week long stay is not enough, as well as only one trash bag (no recycling).

The location is great, in the heart of the old town. However, it also comes with a bit of a noise coming from the lively area which was expected so no complaints. The bed is comfortable, the apartment is quite spacious and nicely furnished.

Kitchen under stocked- glasses , crockery. Lack of information and instruction on kitchen equipment. Minor issues , paint chipped off bathroom tap and shower. More than 1 dishwasher tablet would have been appreciated.

I don't think there was anything to dislike about the place.

The apartment is in an excellent location. It was comfortable and clean and just generally had a good feel to it. Although the apartment cooking facilities are good, we chose to eat out all the time. There are great places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would certainly recommend this apartment. While the host was never seen in person, they responded immediately to any questions asked via Whatsapp. We just thought the whole set up was great!

There was some renovation work going on on the ground floor which was only minimally noticeable.

The apartment is very well appointed with a modern kitchen, a very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom and shower. It has three small balconies that directly face the back of San Nicolas Cathedral. A wide variety of restaurants etc were within metres. It has a large to that connected via the internet to our Netflix account. Wi-Fi provided was very good. The lift provided excellent accessibility, we were on the third floor.

Not really anything to do with the accommodation but one of the cathedral lights was flashing. It was like a strobe but hopefully this has been sorted.

Great accommodation. We stayed in the apartment with the terraces. It took a bit of getting used to the apartment being on two floors but the bedroom alone would have made a beautiful hotel room on it's own and then you have the added bonus of the living area. Sitting on the terrace reading my book in the sunshine was such a luxury as the weather in the UK us so grey and miserable. Location, well you can't get any better than this, everywhere is walkable from here. A few minutes from the bus stop to and from the airport which was really easy and straight forward. We can thoroughly recommend the cafe next door for brunch. There was a queue on the Saturday but we only waited 10 mins to get a table. Worth the wait! I will definitely return to this accommodation!

The apartment is on two separate floors with a metal staircase/hallway between the bedroom upper floor and the lounge/kitchen floor, this made it feel a little less homely. And as with most apartments in such a central area of the city there was some noise from people on the street at night so earplugs had to be used sometimes. That bring said we really loved staying at the apartment anyway.

We stayed in the top floor apartment with terrace. Lovely spacious clean apartment. Location was great as close to beach & marina & plenty of cafes/bars. Having our own terrace to sit out on was fabulous. Comfy bed, good shower. We had a great stay.

No personal interaction!

The accommodation was excellent, great location, very clean, roomy and comfortable. I arrived early and wasn't able to check-in but the Host provided a secured place to store my bags. And vice versa, I had a late flight out and was able to store my bags again. I'm a little Ole School and enjoy personal interaction. But I quickly jumped abroad the tech train (Whatsapp), and everything failed in place. The Host was super nice and helpful. Whenever I had a question or concerns, they were fast to reply and address any questions/concerns. I highly recommend HGB and would definitely stay again if, in the area. Thanks again for the great hospitality.

Great location, very comfortable, quiet and clean. Lovely space to spend a few days surrounded by restaurants and short walk to the beach promenade. I’m traveling throughout Spain solo for 6 weeks so having a washing machine was welcome. It was hot and humid in town and having lift and a/c was also great.

This is a beautiful 2 storey apartment, with living/kitchen and terrace on the lower level and bedroom/bathroom and a second terrace on the upper level. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very well located - close to excellent restaurants and a short stroll to the beach. We will be back.

The apartment is in a beautiful building in the city center of Alicante very close to Barrio de Santa Cruz. You can go walking everywhere. The decor and appliances are modern and well conserved.

I was missing dry rack very much for wet bikini and also hand soup. During our stay we needed to buy extra tablets for dishwasher, washing machine, coffe capsulas and toiler paper. Kitchen was nice ans clean, but sithout basic ihredients like salt. But overall we feel great there.

Really nice locality, close to the see, restaurants and everything shat we needed. Apartman was also very comfortable and nice decorations.
