The TV was new and nobody knew how to turn off MUTE.

The whole round experience was excellent. The staff were especially helpful and welcoming.

It was a bit noisy at night from music by the pool area and lasted until 11:30 pm. Except for the breakfast selection, the food selection could have been better.

The staff was in one word exceptionally friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and pleasant, including the swimming pool area. My room was just fine and the balcony was good enough.

Although it wasn’t full, people still reserved sun beds with their towels early in the morning. This was not policed.

Only the fact that it’s a race to reserve a sun bed by the pool. The hotel has signs up asking people not to but not enforced.

The hotel needs some renovations. Jacuzzi didn’t work properly, as some of the water jets weren’t working and they looked dirty inside. Bathrooms need cosmetic fixes, also fan in double room bathroom didn’t work properly, the steam condensed on the ceiling around one of the lamps, and then water was dripping on top of us. Pool water could be a bit warmer. My son enjoyed it anyway, but the rest of the family were in the pool only couple times, as we found it too cold. If you are a vegetarian or vegan, it’s hard to find what to eat, especially during breakfasts and especially for vegans. I was really bored of the same food/breakfast for the whole week. For dinner it was easier to find something different. I don’t see the hotel as a five star hotel 🤷🏻‍♀️

We were lucky to have 2 rooms, where one room had jacuzzi and terrace with sun loungers, as sun loungers near the pool get taken early in the morning. Also, pool loungers or area around them might be dirty, as people keep having ice creams, sweets/lollipops, even tho food is not allowed there. And sometimes we had to clean loungers from melted lollipops or chocolate before using them. The rooms where nice, beds very spacious and comfortable. The rooms cleaned daily. We had only half board, but it was nice to find out that mini bar drinks in the fridge were included (they weren’t replaced, but there were enough for us anyway). Staff were very nice and helpful. Location was great. There are public bus stops close to the hotel. And we found plenty of different shops and good cafes/restaurants in the area. The pool was great, my son really enjoyed it. Also, it was a big plus to have a basketball/football pitch, kept the kid active during the stay and he met some new friends.

The location i felt was a deprived area and had man-made features to provide a produce. Lots of lorries plastic rubbish and ramshackle polytunnells. It didn't feel spanish

It’s a bit tired and in need of some remodelling. The Asian restaurant experience was very disappointing; food service very slow and tables not cleared. The one aspect of our stay that really let everything else down.

Although the hot food buffet was lovely food, it could have done with being a lot hotter although there was a microwave to heat your food up.

The hotel was amazing. We had a superior suite with Sea view and hot tub. It was hard to leave the room it was that nice. Plenty of tea and coffee provided. Shower gel etc. Dressing gown and Slippers. Pool was lovely, and looked amazing lit up at night. Unfortunately, didnt manage to get to use the Spa during our short stay.

Rooms need updating, not a 5 star hotel in my opinio,tv was not smart tv ,bed mattress old fashion.

Coffee at breakfast was not to my taste, either delivered to the table in a pot, which was too strong, or dispensed from a machine which was, unfortunately, sweetened. Evening entertainment was not exactly optional as it was loud enough to drown out tv or conversation in the hotel bedroom. One evening our table was cleared, including our unfinished drinks, while we were selecting desserts from the buffet.

Breakfast was consistently good, lots of options to choose from. Evening meals, similarly, generally good with various options.

Only issue I had was I booked a room with 1 large double bed and I got a room with twin beds. When I asked at reception I was told there was nothing they could do as hotel was fully booked. Not acceptable when I was able to book 1 large double bed at time of booking.

it might be an idea for the management to only allow people who love to swim in outer area, or perhaps adults only , there are too many kids hanging around in floats etc. or like they do in swim lanes where you just keep moving all the time …… just a thought 🤔

Beautiful hotel, very nice staff all very obliging, food very good , also two special restrictions you want a change we only visited the Asian one but was very nice. all inclusive drinks very good not cheap branded ones I like G&T and enjoy Larios in spain and that is what I got 😊also lovely wine and cava available too, not forgetting the beer for hubby ! Not too crowded either at poolside and plenty of sunbeds for all , although people still feel the need to reserve with towels 🤷‍♀️🙄 Entertainment was good on all 5 night we were there. Only small thing a didn’t like, there isn’t really an area to have s decent swim although the pool is very lovely I explain in dislikes below…. All in all a fabulous hotel and would recommend fabulous for families with small children plenty ice cream’s during the day 😀😀

I waiting little bit more , for me this hotel maximum 4stars. The wellness SPA we just can USE one time 1,5 hours. The outdoor pool and area is very beauty but so so many people, and 7:00 morning starting The fight for The sunbed. The Personal is Amazing good and Friendly , making all what You need. But I have missing feeling. And I waiting little bit more for 500EUR/night/hot tube suite. All inclusive. The Beach area not have Bar… etc .. etc…
