We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainNot enough staff on the check in desk. Ok checking out but not in. Having to wait a long time for the lift. Not good when you have a disabled person in a wheelchair.
The hotel rooms were quiet, not a lot of noise, only when people were in the corridor. The air con was good. Nice size balcony...not big but bigger than some hotels. Staffing was efficient, especially in the dining room.

SpainWe booked all inclusive for convenience. we do not drink alcohol but like not to have to bother paying for refreshments. It would probably be cheaper to pay for drinks separately. however, I was disappointed to find that we could only obtain drinks from certain bars and that we were restricted in times whilst we were able to have them if we paid for them.

IrelandOn my last evening in your hotel, while getting out of the shower/bath, i held on to the bidet for balance. Bidet cover was not secured and i slipped on to floor. I ended up going to hospital with dislocated shoulder. Next day i said to receptionist what happened and asked her to make sure covers were secured. All she said was OKAY. I was very disappointed, I just wanted an apology. When checking out my sister told my story again and receptionist said WELL NO ONE REPORTED THAT. Again, so disappointed that no one even apologised.

IcelandOutdated, not glamorous but I didn’t need that. Coffee at breakfast was reallly bad and once the Hotel is more booked it gets VERY loud in all communal areas, not suitable for anyone with hard of hearing I would think.

United KingdomThere was no shower gel in the bathroom so had to use shampoo. Breakfast was basic but fine for one night and as it was so cheap we were happy with it.
The lady on reception was lovely, we had booked one night with our beagle due to our boat being in the yard. Later I read that although dog friendly this was only for dogs up to 8kg... our dog is 22kg!! I phoned and was transferred to head office who promised a refund if the hotel would not accept us..... the manager said we could stay for one night FANTASTIC.

GibraltarThe Food could have been a little bit better with many dishes being cold before you even got back to your seat. many similar tasting food each day despite changes. but this is a minor issue as there is a variety of selection and great salad choices and fruit and i could always find something our family enjoyed.
Pools are great and the bar and sun beds are all in good condition and lots available, The location is great just a few steps away from the beach and many bars and restaurants and shops. The rooms were nice and air conditioned and the bathroom is clean an looked new. the staff are fantastic always smiling and interacting with the guests and kids. They were always checking on the kids in the area making sure they were ok and having a good time etc. Shows each night there was a kids club disco which the staff there were great and they made sure the kids had a great time. many other shows like magic show and parrots were on whilst we were there so was ideal for children.

Spainwhat can i say in all fairness you get what you pay for, the food was of a reasonable standard some dishes i enjoyed better than others, but there was enough choice there to pick and choose something you could enjoy, i think you would not be fair to the cost of staying at this hotel if you then found fault and expected michelin level catering
rooms of a very good standard, bed good, bathroom & terrace good, meals were of a satisfactory quality & variety, and certainly so if you consider that we paid 218 euros for 4 nights accomodation with b/fast & evening meal. adequate parking for free in the streets around the hotel.reception were very friendly, thank you we enjoyed our stay.
