I like everything

Very modern spacious studio flat with a homely touch (painting, books, etc). Everything you need for self-catering (I like the fact that sheets, towels, body soap, hand soap, paper toilet, kitchen roll, sponge for washing up, washing up, bag bins were included). The sofa beds are extremely comfortable. The location of the flat is excellent. Very close to the science museum and aquarium. About 30 MN walk from the town centre. Thank you Andres for making sure that our stay in your beautiful town was comfortable.

Wonderfully managed. Very well equipped eg with laundry detergent and drying rack. Most sightseeing spots were in walking distance. Very good location also for public transport. Supermarkets are close by.

It's worth noting the double bed is on a mezzanine floor with a fairly steep set of stairs - so if you have mobility issues, perhaps use the sofa bed! Flat A is on the ground floor with quite a busy pavement and road outside. Good location but I could imagine it might get noisy at times. There is a two ring hob, and microwave but no oven. Fridge worked well with a small freezer compartment.

We enjoyed our stay in flat A. Very clean and well appointed. Well equipped. Shower / bathroom is large space an effective electric towel rail and extractor fan. One tram stop (on line 10) from the centre for Arts and Sciences area which has a large shopping centre attached as well as interesting events. The tram line is less than 1/4 mile away - literally around the corner. Lots of buses were close too. So great transport links. Amazing host that came out specially just to make sure we could fit our car in the underground secure parking! It's a wide, low, long American car. It got through the gate and down the ramps that circled around a central pillar - you open two shutter doors via a remote control. That is really above and beyond as there is on street parking.....

No grocery shops nearby, school kids are sitting in on the ground outside of the apartment D every afternoon and are being really loud and smoking, as the apartment is on the ground floor it's impossible to open the window. The staircase to the bed is way too steep

Smart tv, nicely equipped kitchen, but no dishwasher, friendly host who let us store the luggage before the check in time, walking distance to the city of arts and sciences.

Very close to a school, so a bit noisy around 8 am and 9 am, but nothing terrible.

Very nice apartment, everything is exactly as shown on photos here! Host always ready to help, free tea, coffee, sweets and bottled water. The place is VERY close to Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències and to Carrefour supermarket and in a walking distance to the Old Town (cca 30 minutes) and to the beach (cca 45 minutes). Tram line 10 is only 1-2 minutes away.

Homey apartment that we definitely could have spent a longer time in. We were there during a very busy period and opted for paid parking below the apartment offered by the owner rather than the free public parking. Very convenient to have this option. Excellent location for going to see Las Fallas fireworks show.

The host was most helpfull and couldn’t do enough for us. The comunication was excelent! The appartment was small, but was enough for a family of 4 for a short brek. Bathroom, sheet and overall whole place was very clean.

The house is lovely and the position is great. Close to the Oceanografic and to the metro station to get easily to the city center and the airport. Andrés is super kind and always available for any needs or requests. I'd pick this solution again if I ever come back to Valencia. Thank you from Italy🇮🇹

Free parking on the street depends on luck and availability. The place is fabulous but it just isn’t a hotel so the services and perks that come with a hotel are not there. For the money we spent I believe we could have stayed at a hotel. Netflix was available but wasn’t working under the owner’s account.

Free drinks in the fridge, free coffee and biscuits, and one laundry detergent capsule left for guests inside the washer. Apartment brand new and very clean. All kitchen utensils available, clean and modern. There was free Amazon Prime and other PPP services in the living room.

Cosy and super clean apartments with all required households to make you feel like at home. Great placement, really close to the Turia (huge city park), Oceanographic, Planetarium and Museums. The same time approx. 40 min to the city beach feels not far on the way through the park. A lot of free parking places around. We had a great week with our family.

Nothing much.

Very clean and very responsive/helpful staff (virtually supporting) the staff replied messages fast and attentive. The location was near to the tram, which was convenient for me. I liked the door lock, which is not a physical key but just a password and autolock the door - so much easier. They helped to take care of my luggage after I checked out till I pick up again to head out in the afternoon. That was helpful a lot. It was quiet neighborhood so sleep was good. + There is a restaurant called El Reno which was super close to the place and it was so yummy. I'm still thinking of the place. 🤤 so this was a plus point for the location.
