We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The wifi and the TV were on point. The bus station in front of the hotel was a big plus. Full on shopping mall not 10 mins away by foot.

Greatest staff on earth. Alicia took care of everything we needed. The bartender was fantastic. We could not have asked for a better experience.

IcelandLoud guests in the next room and constant knocking on their door by their friends. It was a Saturday night... Young people still have fun on Saturday nights.
Wonderful staff, There was nothing they would not do for the guests. The reception printed a contract that I needed to have signed the next morning. I witnessed the reception order a pizza for one of their guests that checked in late and was hungry.
