The welcoming meeting in the reception, the with room with an excellent bed, super clean and fresh, free bottles of water together with tee an coffee, extra items in the bathroom and before departure the excellent breakfast. Friendly staff, breakfast on the calm backstreet with beautiful buildings and trees. Magnificent breakfast menu and everything fresh. Cant be better!

The only negative thing was the construction noise - but that was not the fault of the hotel and the work will have moved on quickly so should not be a problem for other people. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Santa Cruz.

Excellent small hotel, right in the heart of Santa Cruz and overlooking the sea. There was construction work going on the road and seafront outside the hotel when we were there, but that was not the fault of the hotel. The room was very comfortable, with a good bathroom and a mini-fridge. The staff were very kind. The lady who was in charge of breakfasts was exceptional. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for this lovely person, who remembered people and what they liked and made us feel very much at home, She is also an excellent cook (try her cakes).

We stayed one night to catch a very early ferry at 6.30hrs. The hotel kindly provided us with a breakfast box to take away. We had a comfortable night's stay.

The only funny thing was that there is a kettle and some tea bags but no coffee in the room. We did ask but you can get coffee only from the breakfast/cafeteria room.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything was good, the breakfast was exceptional, the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mey and Belen, "arrive a stranger, leave a friend" The room was clean and comfortable and had everything you need, including a kettle. Perfect location on the sea front with plenty of shops and restaurants close by, the hotel itself has a well stocked shop for drinks, water, wine, beer, chocolate, etc at very reasonable prices. The airport bus stop is right outside the hotel, bus number 500, it only takes 15 minutes and was 2.40 euros per person each way. We will definitely return. Garry and Gina.

We didn't like the fact there is no where to sit or lay on the beach opposite the hotel. No shade from the sun except for a disabled covered area. We had planned a day lazing on the beach.. sad it didn't happened. We did wonder why the beach was so empty. 😏

Hotel and its staff absolutely first class. Friendly service. Breakfast selection delicious. Fantastic views. We had the Juliette balcony overlooking the sea. Called a balcony it actually wasn't what we expected as we expected a balcony with sunbeds! However we were very happy and enjoyed our stay. Beds so very comfortable. 🥰

This is a very well presented hotel in a great location with excellent facilities. The room was very comfortable with plenty of space. Breakfast was very good. After touring La Palma for a week we returned to Santa Cruz and the hotel kindly let us store our luggage as we had an evening flight.

Bit of noise from street until late whilst we were staying there, but as it was the Carnival party weekend that was expected!

Very comfortable room with good sea views from large balcony. Nice bathroom. Good selection for breakfast. Arrived early but we were able to check-in to our room at midday.

The breakfast had most things that you would want but it was a pain asking for milk whenever needed. The bedroom was on the small side but quite adequate for us.

Really good location - great for getting buses which is how we got around the whole island. It looked like the whole hotel had been refurbished recently and all to a good standard. We had one of the top floor rooms with a very large terrace overlooking the sea - very quiet with no noticeable traffic noise. Really nice bathroom. Very easy to get to the hotel from the airport via the number 500 bus. Friendly staff.
