Food was average but fine for a few days, not very hot from counter just cool especially breakfast. Room I had booked was specifically to have PlayStation. Image on hotel was with fortnite which was reason for booking here. The room we got only had PlayStation 3 which didn't support fortnite

Staff were exceptional and great facilities. Shuttle service and waterpark were outstanding.

The beds are very hard but that was rectified very quickly If you have a kitchen and plan to cook it’s extremely poorly equipped no pans kettle toaster or even cutlery! Please don’t throw the food away, in this day and age it’s so wasteful give it to your wonderful staff they work so hard

The staff are fabulous with no exception super friendly and accommodating the pools are amazing everything about the hotel is great value it’s lovely bright and feels special my kids loved every minute the rooms are clean and the balcony is amazing- thank you so much for having us .

The location is a bit far away from the center. Having a car is highly recommended. We rented a car and the hotel provides a free car parking so for us was an ok experience but we saw other guests with kids struggling to go to places easily. We wanted to upgrade our booking and tried several times to communicate with customer service via email, chat and telephone but no response at all. We mentioned our complains in person when we checked in but the response that we got was that they are usually busy to respond to customers requests. Which was a bit disappointing considering how big the resort is. I hope they will try to be a bit better with their online communication with customers.

Entertainment was just poor. Good for a age range between 5 and 8, but its quite poor for adults amd teens. Aiden is the only entertainer who can make activities become fun to everyone. When Aiden is not around is just poor. Girls cant really be so lively. People at the pool bar were quite rude. Try talking to them in English even though you understand spanish and just listen their comments! Awful!

Very limited bar and restaurant facilities. No access to the actual beach without a 20-30 minute walk. Environmentally friendly paper cups that go soggy in about 5 minutes!

Good basic, hotel for families with younger children. Good food quality in the main buffet. Nice pool area with astro turf. Regular shuttle bus to the beach club.

Would be nice to have a section where you can ask for something to be cooked ie breakfast to have omelet station and evening different meats or fish so it’s done as ordered and also nice and hot etc but tbh can’t fault it the children had a breath time and that’s the main thing!

The children loved it the water park the swimming pool the entertainment like the circus and the Brazilian show were amazing!! Staff very friendly and we asked to change room which they were amazingly helpful with just due to children with SEN. Water park is amazing!!!!

cons: beds are not comfy. air con is very poor. large ant colony on the balcony (living in the dead plants). food is repetitive for mealtimes and the snack bar. big crowds accumulate for the beach club bus and the dinner/lunch/bfast and ques are not managed so can be a bit chaotic ensuring you have a spot. mini golf area is not maintained. seemed like the other HW hotels got more to offer in all aspects than Riwo. the shop is very overpriced which is disappointing as it’s taking advantage of the fact there are no supermarkets close by!

pros: all staff but specifically reception , cleaners and animation team were 10/10 so nice and fantastic to deal with. the bus to beach club was handy. plenty of sunbeds. playground has a sitting area for parents (at the back of the bar) which keeps both the kids and parents happy. a lot to choose from with all inclusive.

Kids freindly. Good for our kids, 5 years old and 3 years old. Especially everyevening mini-disco for kids was superb. Stuff memebers are all very freindly with good Englsih skill. Meal is not super but above standard.

We paid extra for the DINO room, which was very disappointing, as we were travelling with a one year old and a 2yr old. The room needs a complete revamp, The view on the balcony was looking onto waste ground and over the rubbish bin area, which was noisy. Especially early morning when the bins are being emptied and deliveries are being made, why have a kids sleeping area near this. Our room and balcony floor was dusty and we had ants, which we complained about twice. The Air conditioning did not work, we complained on the day of arrival and was only fixed 4 days later. This is not good when you have a teething toddler that already has a slight temperature and not getting much sleep due to the noise. One of the reasons we choose this hotel was it had an indoor soft play, so that we could have some play time indoors out of the hot sun. however children must be aged 3 and over, and we were not allowed to visit this. The evening meals don't commence until 7.30pm - not ideal for babies and children, they should organize a children's earlier eating time. Children's disco commenced at 9pm ???

The late meal times ! There was a massive queue each evening to get into the restaurant and also to get your food. Why are the meal times so late for a family hotel ? My kids were shattered each night and it had a knock on effect each day.

I really liked the pool area , the welcoming and professional staff and the entertainment staff.

The beds were so uncomfortable, unfortunately they were the one thing that would stop us from staying again. Very hard and mattresses were worn out. A shame as otherwise the hotel was excellent value for money and would have definitely come back. The kitchenette has a few plates and a bottle opener and that was it; wouldn’t be able to even cook some pasta despite having a hob and microwave. Not even a glass, but I’m sure if we’d asked they would have provided for us.

The hotel was well managed, very helpful staff, no bottle necks at meal times etc. The room was spacious and as we expected. The pool at the hotel was lovely, as was the beach club area with all the other pools. Water wasn’t heated but we expected that. Access to the indoor pool was great for one of the cooler days. Eldest daughter (5yo) loved kids club.
