I wish they had a laundry room, but laundromat was close enough…nothing bad to say

I love this hotel, second time here. This time for 8 nights…room spotless, comfy beds, nice bathroom, giant towels, just awesome…the restaurant at the hotel is one of my favorites from all over the world, the sea bass is exceptional…great location, love it…the WHOLE staff is on top of their game…going back after Sevilla for another 5 nights!!

The room was lovely but the tiny space between the bed and the wall was a bit challenging. Not bad enough to spoil our stay though.

Centrally located hotel within easy walking distance of all the sights, restaurants and shopping. The hotel and rooms are exceptionally clean and serviced every day. Wonderful big fluffy towels. Bed was very comfortable. Brilliant breakfast with lots of fresh choice daily. Free mini bar in the room is a nice touch. This didnt affect our visit as we really liked the hotel, but we had a deluxe double on the 4th floor which was a lovely room but overlooks a small internal court yard with no view and you can't see the sky. Not much ventilation but there was air con. I requested an upgrade but the hotel was full.

Needed more soap and shower gel in the bathroom - we could have asked reception but this should have been picked up by housekeeping.

Nothing they couldn't do anymore than they did

This hotel was one of the best we have stayed in. The room was lovely with a great view of the restaurants below. It was a minute to Gran Via. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean. Anything we needed was dealt with immediately. There was a complimentary mini bar in the room. We went for my partner's 60th Birthday and on the evening of his Birthday we had a knock at the door and were given a small bottle of champagne and chocolates for him. It was a lovely touch. We had breakfast booked in their restaurant Cafe Varela there was a great choice it all seemed very fresh and the staff were all lovely. There was one lady there whose name I sadly did not get but every morning in the restaurant she greeted you with a great smile and a good morning. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel we had a fabulous stay there and would definitely stay there again if we return to Madrid.

The property was in a excellent location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The towels were very soft and large. I love this property and will definitely stay here again!

With over 60 tv and radio channels we were surprised to find only one channel in English, and it was the Al Jazeera propaganda channel! This was disrespectful to the large number of European and North American visitors in the hotel.

We loved the luxurious interior of the property and our room, as well as the incredibly convenient location for visitors to the city.

Staff is very friendly and willing to help. I had an unexpected meeting in the hotel, which was supported by the staff from both the hotel as the restaurant staff. Being situated in the centre all MAdrids highlights are at walking distance

The bathroom had one glass wall, and a glassed-in shower, which did not provide a lot of privacy. It was pretty but a little disconcerting. Front desk could be more welcoming.

Beautiful hotel ideally located. Room was gorgeous, quiet. Restaurant was good--we only had dinner. Nice amenities. For this area of Madrid the price seemed very reasonable. Minibar was free.
