We loved everything about our stay. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, we had an electric kettle in the room to make tea or coffee in the morning which was a big bonus. Above all the hospitality of the hosts is what we liked best. It feels like you are staying at your home.

There was road construction on the main street so I had to detour through a big parking lot to walk into town. Hopefully, construction won't last too long.

No AC. We stayed here in September and the weather was pleasant, but I don't know how it is in hot summer days.

The place is beautiful and quiet, surrounded by nature and at the top of a street, although it is very close to the old city center. The owner is very kind and despite the fact that she doesn't speak English, we were able to understand each other. The room is large and well equipped.

The bed was a bit small, so our feet hung over the end, but it was otherwise comfortable.

The room was small but beautiful and clean, with nice touches like a fridge with cold water, a wardrobe, convenient power outlets and heaters (which were great for drying clothes on). The host was very kind and gave us umbrellas to use when it was raining, and the price was very reasonable.

This lodging was perfect for our 3 nights in Santimariñla del Mar. We drove so parking was helpful. The room was pleasant and comfortable and close to the old town. We walked to the Altamira cave museum (wonderful), walked on the Camino, spent time wandering the old town etc. It was a great value to be close to everything in a comfortable room.We would stay here again.

Super friendly and offered bandaids and other things for your feet. If you don’t speak Spanish it will be harder, but I’m sure you would find a way with hands. The lady doesn’t speak any English.

Great little guest house / hotel just 5 minutes walk up from the centre of historic Santillana. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a great mattress and spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money and Maria Jesus was lovely!

Nothing, we loved.

We love the accommodation here. Very reasonably priced on a quieter edge of the town where there is private parking just outside. Fridges in room came in handy and we loved the little balcony where we met to celebrate a birthday. One of our rooms also had a balcony but it rained so the balcony with the roof was perfect. Owners are very friendly, lovely people who work hard to keep the place spotless and to make everyone welcome. We walked down the lane a short way and had breakfast on the terrace of a larger hotel.
