I loved everything about this property, it was just sensational. The staff were amazing, the facilities were beautiful and the breakfast was out of this world.

The property was very well maintained. Modern in an old building. Near enough to the centre. Everything you needed was in your room or if you asked staff would get. Staff were very polite and attentive. The room was large clean and very comfortable. The chocolate on the pillow at night was a lovely touch. The spa was a nice relaxing time after a hot day site seeing.

They missed my wake up call but I was fine.

Nothing to dislike .

Excellent location only short walk to cathedral ,bullring , places of interest in old town and near the park for walking . Room was very clean with comfortable bed and staff very helpful and friendly -breakfast was excellent with many choices between cooked , continental ,fresh fruit etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

I didn’t understand why the “staff” kept trying to enter our room. 1st time we met we’re leaving to go out and staff tried our door as I was opening. Said something about oh there was no chocolate (there was). The 2nd time was an absolute joke at 10am burst through the door. I woke up and jumped towards the door. No reason for them to that considering check out was at noon.

Beds could be slightly more comfortable but that’s down to personal preference. My wife liked the beds where I found them a little firm.

Excellent location, most things are a short distance away. Breakfast was included which saved us money in the long run and spa access was a great treat to relax after full days walking around the city. Staff are really helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Overall really happy with the stay.

My only disappointment was the outside patio area it lacked atmosphere and subsequently was not used by people, this was a shame given the climate. The pool is an inside pool which given the hot weather was not enticing.

Fabulous hotel. Very convenient for access to all the main sights. Lovely decor. Great room, comfortable bed, really good shower. Drinking water and chocolates provided every day! The hotel is air conditioned and not controlled by a room key, so comfortable at all times. The hotel bar provides a wide range of drinks and the restaurant and room service menu are excellent. The hotel is well staffed and the staff are so helpful and pleasant. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
