The noises from the corridor are loud, you will hear people coming and going in the morning but for the price it's hardly a big issue

Javi the host went above and beyond to make sure that my trip was a special one, he offered great advice about metro tickets and places to go and explore. The room was basic but had everything we needed. My expectations weren't the highest but Hostal Bejar exceeded them. My bed was very comfy and the rooms were always clean.

It wasnt a very friendly welcome. The hallway and bathroom were very narrow. Not particularly dirty, but it didnt feel clean either.

Central location.

The hotel in Sants is well connected with transport which makes for a very central location for Barcelona.

The walls were quite thin and you could hear other guests arriving and leaving and sometimes talking loudly, or when someone flushed the toilet. But overall people were respectful and I was able to sleep well.

The people that received us, cleaning staff and reception were all very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and everything was perfect for my stay. The location is great, very close to the metro and bus, but at the same time in a quite street. The bed was comfortable and they even gave me an extra blanket without me asking because it had gotten colder. Good water pressure and temperature.

This hostel is in an older building so there were no elevator. However the staff seemed very helpful and assisted in moving my suitcase to 2. floor. Also, sound traveled very far so be prepared to hear when your neighbors return to their rooms. It took me a night or two to not think somebody entered the room.

I liked that the room were clean and the service nice.

The cheapest we could find relatively close to the centre. The pillows were very small -could have done with better ones or additional ones. But overall clean, comfortable and convenient for a short stay.

The walls (or doors) are VERY thin. I could absolutely hear every single time someone rang the bell or opened any other door on that floor and people talking of course… Usually I‘d put earplugs in and the problem is solved, but I had to get up early and was afraid I‘d miss the alarm that way so I didn‘t and was up till 2am bc of the noise…

I liked the single room I stayed in. Even tho it has a shared bathroom, I still got my own sink which was cool. The bed & blanket were comfy & warm enough, everything seemed really clean. The location is a 5-10min walk from Barcelona Sants station which is great. Also close to other Metro stations and some nice places as well. The owner is nice.

The walls are thin, I could hear from the corridor and my room another guest snoring however it didn't affect my experience.

Very good location close to the Espanya metro station, it is a station full of connections so it was really useful. The room size is pretty decent considering the price and location. The cleaning staff were super friendly.

Size of the room; too small. The property is a-bit dated. I had a strange check-in even I wrote my arrival time. Also for check out the manager got unhappy that I knock the door and woke him up at 8:30 to leave the key! But maybe it was miscommunication since he could not English.

Location was perfect; less than 10 min walk to Barcelona Sants!
