The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were really friendly and accommodating, having the tea and coffee facilities was great. Only a couple of minutes to access transport links either bus or train. It felt really good value for money and we really enjoyed our stay.

Location in city centre excellent with bus and rail stations adjacent a d short walk to ferryport. The value for money was amazing. The room had both a kettle with provisions and a fridge. It was quiet and comfortable

Didn't know where to leave the key as no one at the reception desk when we left. The room is a bit tight if you want to expand time. For us it was perfect for overnight stay..

I liked the big pillows and the television the beds were very comfy the room was very modern plus the shower was nice aswell

Reception is not permanently manned during the day. Entrance stairs are not inviting but there is little the proprietor can do about this

Great value accommodation, near to the bus and train station. Clean and tidy with a comfy bed and good shower. Tea and coffee was provided and there was also a fridge which was useful. Easy walk into the city centre, would definitely stay again.

Room faced inner courtyard but outer blind seemed to be fixed in place so only a small gap when window was opened and no natural light. Toilet a tight fit between basin and shower but everything very clean - in fact smell of disinfectant was pretty strong!

Just across the road from train and bus stations. Hostal managed to fit a lot into a fairly small room. Kettle very welcome!

I think I was just unlucky to be next to someone who was walking about at 4am in clogs by the sound of it and then got up very early. Not much sound proofing. Inner courtyard not much view but then no traffic noise from the street so better for a light sleeper like me.

Great location especially if you are coming in from airport as bus stop is a minute away. Very clean. Quick easy check in. Comfortable bed, nice leather settee, tea making facilities, hair dryer, magnifying mirror.

There is a lift, but shoukd you use tge stairs as we did going down, automatic lights a little delayed, so take care. Look for switch!
