There has been construction work done right next to the property which affected my sleep schedule. I wasn’t spending so much time at the property fortunately but whether I wanted or not, I had to be up by 8 a.m because of the noise. No big deal but a notice beforehand would have been nice.

Very good hostel for an off-season trip. I had the room on the 1.st floor which was good but can be a bit noisy at times because of the shared space right next to it. All in all I was happy with my stay. The communication with the staff was very good. If you ever visit El Perelló my advice is to know how to speak basic Spanish. Very few people speak English there and it’s hard to get around with English only.

Not a negative, but to note: rooms at the front of the building 2,4,6 are slightly larger than 3, 5 (which also suffer from the loud early morning bakery queue!)

Clean, well-equipped room, good use of limited space. Bathroom, air con excellent. All the extras add value: fridge/freezer, cooking facilities, drinks/snacks for sale, local information etc. Great location in walking distance of everything. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

It was great to stay there. Nice room, comfortable bed, modern and clean bathroom. You can use terrace as well, morning or late evening, there is no shadow during day, no sun protection. We were in touch with Bianca, she's a very nice person. The location of the hostal is great, close to the beach, there are 3 bakeries around, 1 min walk. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk, and the way to Valencia takes 40 minutes by bus, and you pay only 1.5 Eur. We really recommend you to choose this place for your vacation.

There was too much light streaming in. The AC unit display, I could not turn off, there was an overhead light for some reason, and this was lit all night. The large window

The room was the only one on the lower floor, as I had requested. The common kitchen was on it he same level, so was very convenient. The bathroom, disability access, was large and the rain shower was great.

We went on Easter a a lot of the places (restaurants, cafes) were closed, very quiet town, not much to do apart from going to beach and The Albufera.

The location is very near the beach which is great to walk there and enjoy. The facilities were comfortable and very clean. The hosts were good communicators and friendly.

Nice location right in the town, close to the beach. Spacious room with great view from the balcony. Also a rooftop terrace is available for all residents.

For old people the stairs will be challenging with suitcases, since there is no elevator, but that is to bebexpectef in a tiny hotel.

Attention to detail like an extra kitchen on the 3rd floor, marble tiled staircase, a roof terrace, a balcony for our room (#6). The bathroom looked brand new, the bedroom had both air conditioner and a ceiling fan. Very good value for money right next to a nature sanctuary.

friendly approachable hosts with great communication. The place is immaculate and beautifully appointed. The village ihas a strong community feel to it, and it is well kept area. Gorgeous beach with a pretty marina. Doesnt feel commercialised as other places along the coast do. All in all, just lovely

Before and during the stay i received important information, facilities were great, owners helped us to arrange taxi for the airport. I would go back there and I would recommend it to my friends!
