I actually can’t think of anything negative.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage when we had a few hours before our train left . If you are looking for a luxury stay, this won’t meet your needs but it is a great place to stay to be close to restaurants, shops,etc. It has a casual vibe.

The location is perfect in Casco viejo. Easy to walk along the river, close to the cathedral, close to the best Pintxos and close to the metro and train.

very squeaky floors, thin walls. the room was very small. no kettle and no fridge (but you can use the common kitchen).

amazing location. comfortable mattress and pillows. the shower was quite spacious, water was piping hot. very nice and informative receptionist. our room on the 4th floor was dark and quiet at night. checkout until noon. enough storage space. there was a table in the room.

The location is great, but it is a pedestrian street, so you have to carry your luggage at least 400 meters from the nearest parking lot (Arena). The letter from the hotel did not mention the nearest parking lots, which would be nice. The letter also does not say explicitly "3rd floor", so we spent some time on the ground floor trying to find directions from the entrance. There is not enough fresh air in the room unless you open the balcony door, but then it's noisy if you got the street view.

The sound proofing was in need of an upgrade; as were the very squeaky floorboards in the hallways and rooms. But we were right in the centre of town!! Shared kitchen area was a plus with free tea, cutlery, plates, etc although a sink with water would have been a bonus.

Room was secure within a building on the 3rd floor and room space was an ok size. Small windows looking at inside space between buildings. Bathroom was good with great hot water and pressure. We were right in the centre of town. Caught a tram almost to the door with a cheap Tap and go card for public transport.

This is nothing to do with the hotel. But it is located in the old town and is near many bars and restaurants. You may hear noise late at night from revellers so if you want a peaceful visit you may wish to go elsewhere. Also the walls in the rooms are a bit thin....

The room was clean and tidy. The location in the old town of Bilbao made it very convenient. The metro stop and tram stop were nearby. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The room cut was very weird, long corridor and one side of the bed was very near to the wall making it difficult to pass. It was very noisy. You could hear the people in the other rooms talking and in the corridors when walking, talking or opening/closing the doors, seem like the door/walls were not or almost not soundproof.

The location is perfect, you’re in the Casco Viejo. Many bars/restaurants around, as well as shops, supermarket. There’s a metro station nearby, that make it easy to arrive to/from the bus station, and move around the city. The system with code to enter the property/room works very good.

There was constantly a slight smell (possibly a blocked toilet), and the vending machine would sometimes randomly refuse to accept cash.

The room was pretty spacious, the location was amazing and right in the centre and everything was clean. The lounge area was right next to our room and had a handy vending machine. The balcony view from our room was incredible and gave us great views of the cathedral. The same view can also be viewed from the lounge's balcony. The lift up to the hotel's floor took around 20 seconds and could handle all our luggage.

The sound insulation. You can showers and hairdryers from other rooms. In low season it's not a big problem but when the hotel is full...
