There was a subtle but strange smell in the room, or around the bed. Reception staff didn't communicate more than the absolutely necessary.

Excellent location. 24hr reception. Communal area with a fridge and some crockery (although very basic). There was enough space in the room to store things. Window to the back so no noise from the street.

In my opinion, the parking cause not really safe feeling, it's an open parking so everyone could go inside, but nothing happened.

Well located place, there are a lot of bars and restaurant around the place. Clean and nice room, the staff were very friendly to our dog, gave us a bed and bowls for her. The parking was not too far, around 600 metres.

I actually can’t think of anything negative.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage when we had a few hours before our train left . If you are looking for a luxury stay, this won’t meet your needs but it is a great place to stay to be close to restaurants, shops,etc. It has a casual vibe.

very squeaky floors, thin walls. the room was very small. no kettle and no fridge (but you can use the common kitchen).

amazing location. comfortable mattress and pillows. the shower was quite spacious, water was piping hot. very nice and informative receptionist. our room on the 4th floor was dark and quiet at night. checkout until noon. enough storage space. there was a table in the room.

The location is great, but it is a pedestrian street, so you have to carry your luggage at least 400 meters from the nearest parking lot (Arena). The letter from the hotel did not mention the nearest parking lots, which would be nice. The letter also does not say explicitly "3rd floor", so we spent some time on the ground floor trying to find directions from the entrance. There is not enough fresh air in the room unless you open the balcony door, but then it's noisy if you got the street view.

Very warm and helpful staff. Nice street view from the balcony. Hotpot and coffee machine available in the common guest room. Very low price for such a premium location and a real old building (we paid 62 euro for one night)

The sound proofing was in need of an upgrade; as were the very squeaky floorboards in the hallways and rooms. But we were right in the centre of town!! Shared kitchen area was a plus with free tea, cutlery, plates, etc although a sink with water would have been a bonus.

Room was secure within a building on the 3rd floor and room space was an ok size. Small windows looking at inside space between buildings. Bathroom was good with great hot water and pressure. We were right in the centre of town. Caught a tram almost to the door with a cheap Tap and go card for public transport.

This is nothing to do with the hotel. But it is located in the old town and is near many bars and restaurants. You may hear noise late at night from revellers so if you want a peaceful visit you may wish to go elsewhere. Also the walls in the rooms are a bit thin....

The room was clean and tidy. The location in the old town of Bilbao made it very convenient. The metro stop and tram stop were nearby. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
