This place was advertised by Booking as a 3-star property and it turned out to be a 2-star resort.

It was a bit chilly. Also, the room price was a little bit pricey for what it was. Though it was still a reasonably economically option. And I would stay again.

Not all reception stuff could speak English which made it a bit complicated on the arrival night/ they were still very helpful nevertheless

Overall great stay, but to improve it would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower.

It is simple but it is ok.

I liked the corner room and the only noise came from outside. If booked on time there may be more luxurious hotel rooms for almost the same rate.

Rooms dated particularly the single room with little ventilation, need updating really. Lift can only accommodate two people very strenuous climb of steps otherwise (4th floor) Building work taking place at the moment glad we stayed at weekend avoided noise. Breakfast selection poor not much choice with nothing hot on offer

I think the hostal is a little tired, and is gradually being refurbished, as my first room wasn't anything as bright and light, as those shown on the website.

I picked this hostal because of it's central location. Made it convenient for walking around. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I had a problem with my room and was moved without fuss the next day, however it meant I could only use wifi in reception. In general good value for money.

The room opened onto a tiny courtyard so there was no airflow. The receptionist gave us a fan on our second night which helped. The breakfast isn't worth getting, there are plenty of cafés around which are better value.

Nothing, all was as expected.

Only booked this as an overnight stay pre early flight. Was great for the price, very central for the bus station within 5 minutes walk and close to the seafront also. Cheap and cheerful, clean, basic but good value for money. No aircon, but we did know this when booking. Staff very friendly and informative. Would stay again on a short term basis.

Buffet-style breakfast - although I expected it - had hoped for real fresh coffee.

Very well-located between bus/train station and ferry port. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Good value for money. Very clean and comfortable. My room overlooked street but with earplugs the noise didn’t prevent me from sleeping.

Spent 3 nights at this property. Perfect location and value for money. Small clean room with small but functional ensuite. 24hr reception and very friendly staff. Ideal for solo travellers. No air-conditioning in room but temperature outside was very comfortable so not an issue. Would recommend and would stay again as a base to explore other regions as it's only minutes from the bus station. A most enjoyable stay in beautiful city.
