The toilets were near the reception so you had to leave your room, but once you got used to that it was fine. You had your own shower !

It was right in the centre of the city and the rooms were kept really clean. The staff were lovely and spoke English very well. Really helpful when you asked them any questions and they were always at their desk to be there when you needed to enter the hostel and collect your keys

Barcelona is an amazing and beautiful city. But the region at hostal is no security for a woman solo traveller

A little bit noisy at night outside the hotel, and weird people around.

Location was great, the room is clean, comfortable and tidy. Good choice for staying some nights for travelling in Barcelona.

It was a little noisy at night due to the location, but didn't impede our sleep.

The location right next to the Boqueria market and Liceu metro station was excellent. It was less than ten minutes walking to get to Plaza Catalunya with bus connections to the airport and Park Guell. The 24hr staff were lovely - they helped us with our bags and were happy to answer questions. The room was small but adequate with lovely big windows, a sink, and a mini fridge. The shared bathrooms were kept really clean and we never had to wait to use them.

Excellent location, close to Ramblas but far away from the noise and agitation. Very clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff.

The room is small and the ratio for what you pay and what you get is not okay. But compared with all the rest of the accommodation in Barcelona, this is more than decent. Leaving the key at the reception every time you leave your room is something that I didn't like.

Good location, close to the famous La Rambla street. The room was clean and the personnel was welcoming and kind. It also has nice small terrace. Good for two people stay.

Very clean and quiet. Our room had private bathroom and balcony. All the attractions are close. La Boqueria is 10 m from the entrance. Hopefully we will come back again.

It would be good if they told you before to buzz to come up when you first arrive. Also providing extra hand towels would be appreciated.

Staff was nice and helpful. Everything was spotless. So clean. It was by the food market and close enough to Ramblas but a tiny bit away so not loud. Great price for the area.

We stayed as family 2 rooms and the location was perfect. Evetything was by walking distance and the area was the safe. Beds and the pillows were so comfortable. Rooms were so clean. If we come once will definitely stay in here

Bad sound isolation between the rooms, we could hear clearly the conversation of other people next to us.

The walls are a bit thin but I wasn't bothered.

The location is perfect. The shared bathroom and shower are very clean. Although not advertised there was a small mini-fridge in the room. There is also a micro-oven in a small common room, but it's not obviously placed, so ask for it if you need it.

My recommendation for this place. Very clean place where you can find very smily and professional receptionists, they offer you high service for cheap. The hostel is near by the local market where you can find fresh meat vegetables and fruits. Also close to the sea
