Great location, nice place, clean, but overall conditions for this price are quite low, but in the end you stay very close to the center of Madrid, so it's expected to be more expensive.

So many longtime residents in the hostel which doesn’t make it fee so comfortable for travelers. In fact, they spend a lot of time talking and making noise disturbing people inside the rooms.

The shared room of the hostel is located just next to the street, like a store front! The room is surrounded with lots of mixed activities all in one area, for example they were cooking there, and toilets and sinks are there, while dining tables, etc. are all in the same room, making a sense of mess and discomfort.

I liked most the location of the hostel. That is especially appropriate for whom aims to move to the airport because its very near to Metro and bus stations. Also, the bedsheets were neat and clean.

My room was oriented into main street and during night there is more noise than is fine. Not ideal location of toilets and sink in the middle of rest area. (But for one night you can deal with it. :) )

Cost to comfort ratio. They have bed sheets and towels, shampoo are included in the price. Good location near is 24h shop and fast food. It is close to metro stop ideal for night stand before next flight. + They have microwave oven.

The room is really small for two bunk beds. I stayed in the female dorm with a large window, and it was noisy from the noise outside when opened. The bunkbed is very low, and I bumped my head to the upper bed several times. There is a small table in the room, would be better if a chair or two provided. Bathrooms upstairs and narrow toilets downstairs together with a messy kitchen, but it should be the guest's faults.

Very helpful staff. I arrived at midnight at the bus station at Avenida América and it took me 3 minutes to walk to the hostal. The boy at the night shift helped me out a lot by letting me stay in the female dorm even though I had booked the mixed one. There are lockers in the room and the keys so your stuff can be safe. Towel is given for free, not to be charged like other hostels. The location is great for someone who arrives at midnight or leaves early for the bus or the airport. I had read several reviews mostly negative ones about this hostel and was a bit reluctant to book but I gave it a try, and they didn't let me down that much.

Lack of possibility to get to the fridge till the morning in case of using appartment next to, just one toilet, size of lockers, also small bedside lamp would be good idea

Unfortunately, this hostel is not kept in very good condition. The people at the reception are not always there, so we had to ask through to find them. The showers are extremely small, there's barely more space than the actual cabin. The hostel itself doesn't have a very welcoming atmosphere and there seems to be close to no control who enters the place. OK for a stay of one night, but no place I would like to leave my luggage in (although they provide lockers if you bring your padlock). The rooms are partly very small.

Once found, the staff was friendly and helpful, although not very organized.

The biggest issue is that the shared room is too small for the number of guests, packed like sardines. Somehow it was not too difficult to fall asleep. One has to share 2 bathrooms with all the people in the floor, luckily I didn't have much of an issue, but that's because I didn't stay much on the property.

3 double beds in a very tiny room, the wi-fi router right next to my head (I'm pretty sure this is not a good idea!), the mattress had some inclination, that made it uncomfortable to sleep, but I had to wake up early for a flight, so it was manageable.

It's 5 minutes away from Avenida de America station, from where you can take bus 200 to Madrid airport.
