There are rooms around Calle Major are bigger for the same price. The lack of human contact is tremendously bothersome especially during these times.The location was extraordinary.

I actually felt like I was in Japan. The room was extremely small. Very efficient. I just couldn’t believe how small it was. There was no human contact. After a year and a half of Covid that is tremendously important to me.

the water in the washbasin in the bathroom passed into the drain very bad. Wi-Fi was extremely poor. I was not able to finish one of my business meetings. Also there was a strange smell in the room, kind of cigarettes or something like this.

Location is very good. And the room can be cleaned each day. Check in and check out were very easy.

The room felt like a cupboard. It was adequate to sleep, but felt tight. The sink in the bathrron was so small it was hard to get your hands under it.

The location was great, in the heart of the city, walking distance to everywere. It was clean, the air conditioning worked fine. You don't interact with anyone.

Looking at the photos it looked like it was a room with a decent size bed. What I found was a room the size of a closet with a 90-meter bed. Regrettable. Interior, without light. It was a tiny box room. There was no heating. Something was making a beeping noise all night. The entrance to the accommodation smells of smoke and tobacco. You hear EVERYTHING. Someone came into his room and they were talking in the hallway that they could have been right there in my “room.” It is a real scam and a shameful place.

The room was small but it matched all my needs. The room was clean and quiet as it faces the courtyard. The location was near shops and cafes but the room was not noisy. Check in was done ahead online and I received codes for electronic locks so didn't really meet the staff, but upon check out they let me store my luggage at the counter for the day and staff was helpful. I only stayed for one night but it was a really good experience!

Had a bad fish smell and then realised the was a little fish market underneath, ordered breakfast one morning and they didn't bring most of the things and then the day of departure asked to stay until 12.30 and the lady would not allow us and stood at the bedroom door and made us leaving it open, I must say the lady was very very rude , no manners at all absolutely disgusting and very disappointing considering we spent a lot of money to stay in a hostal for less than a week. Also very expensive for the little you get. Certain guests that were staying there were also smoking drugs, and there is no 24 security there as there should be!

The whole experience was awful. The room and bathroom were tiny. Don't get number 14. The price is outrageous for what you get. There was a constant sewer smell that was integrated in the walls, furniture, your clothes and everything. The bath started dropping water during the night. There was an abundance of soliciting and pushing emails to do several things like paying, registering etc. First time that I needed to pay after booking confirmation through a different means. The pin to enter the place was wrongly written in a.piece of paper in the room. If you get after 3 pm no registration office or staff in the premises. If anything happens or your room sucks you are on your own. The corridors were sometimes without light...spooky.. A small window seeing over nothing was in the room. Not acceptable even for a very young, without expectations, unexperienced person. Please make it a hostel, it could be more acceptable. The breakfast was served..never? Hopefully they offered to return the money but this is not the issue. For 150 euros, not on this planet. For 100 no no no.

The bed was decent and the location right on a nice young swarming pot smelling neighborhood. But in a positive way because it was lively. Well hopefully for most.. The staff were polite when you could find them...

The woman at the reception today ruined our morale. Our card did not open the room. We asked the woman for help. He told us to go find the cleaner and have her open it. We found the cleaner by our own means and asked her. When we went out and came back to the hotel, she had locked the door. and although we waited for twenty minutes, she did not come. It was raining outside and we were cold. I opened the door with the password and took the suitcases out. Then she came to me and got angry at me. If she isn't there she told me to wait until she comes. This good-for-nothing woman only demoralizes customers. Is she paid to demoralize and drive away customers? I don't understand. I'm so angry. This is the first time I experienced something like this. I recommend that other customers do not choose this place to avoid such a thing.
