There is no aircon and it is a very old building, not modern at all. Not as clean as I prefer.

It was tricky to find where the keys should be acquired from. The hostel building's stairs had a bicycle on them which was blocking the way. The shower "cable" could not reach its place in the shower - so it had to be held all the time.

Shower had warm water. Quiet room with nice decorations. Late check in time was convenient. Location was very central. Staff verry kind in explaining location of the hostel.

It is an old building but does the job with a small lift to the 4th floor. The noise on this location/street is a minus if you need a quiet place or have issues falling a sleep like me. The locker of the doors are noisy, and you can hear noise when people come in or out. Clothes in the bed were very warm. We were in Valencia in MAY, with 20*C media..... in my opinion clothes should be more summer and fresh. Was quite hot already at end of MAY. No Aircon. If you open a window, there is no wind coming in, because it is between buildings.

Very nice to have a shower in the room, and additional toilets outside. The room size is good, and the bathroom too. Simple and fast check in/check out from 09:00 until 23:00 2 min walking from town hall square. Restaurants and bars very close. 5min walking from Metro. Public paid parking available at the end of the street.

Great location to walk around and trasfert from an to the train station. Staff was polite and helpfull. Might not be de most comfortable bed but for the over all, room was clean and I appreciated to have my private shower and sink in the room. WOuld go back to this place if i visit Valencia again.

While check-in the receptionist was nice but as far as you don't ask for any info about the town you won't get it. WiFi was not working in the room that we got. Room was clean but bedsheets I am sure weren't changed. In one of three we found hair. During the night was dropping from somwehre a water (corridor?) Some of our family could not sleep due to noise.

Plumbing was rather noisy when people were using the sink or shower. The windows in my room didn't shut properly as they'd been painted too many times without previous layers being burned off - not a problem in summer, I imagine but when it's 14 degrees you need to be able to shut them..

My flight was delayed but staff happy to hang on for my arrival and they were friendly and helpful with great english.

It was very cold and poorly isolated. There was no heating system. It was a pity that there was no available water cooker to make tea or coffee. It was really basic.

I was staying in February, and it was very cold in the room especially at night and in the morning. When I asked for the heater, they replied they do not have heating service (( this detail made my review worse than it could be.

Location is close to the centre, cleaning staff worked very well, receptionist was friendly and helpful when hot water dissappeared.

I didn't like the fact that one can only collect the keys on the second floor of another building. It would be much better if there's a box in the same building of the hostel to collect keys. There was a security off. in the hostel, we can collect keys from that security officer.

No heating in the room (I visited the place in December and without heating it was quite cold in the room), however, I got a second blanket. Not applicable on visits in summer.

It’s a very basic, small room. There was only a sheet on the bed. No blankets. I was fine with just a sheet, but others may like a warmer bed. My first night, there was a bunch of street noise that kept me up. Both mornings LOUD construction started right at 8:00, so don’t plan to sleep in.

The location was great. So was the price. Checking in at another hostal for Hostal Moratin was easy and close by. The small elevator worked!
