The check-in process was quite lengthy, and it would have been appreciated if the receptionist had offered to complete all the necessary paperwork after escorting me to my room, rather than making me wait for 20 minutes, especially after a long and demanding travel day. Additionally, the level of noise from the street at night, even with the window and curtains fully closed, was also quite bothersome.

The mattress is hard. Not for everyone but I didn’t mind it.

Very clean place. Yes the window looks to the inside of the building but that means that there’s no street noise which I liked. Roomy, comfortable. Lift available which I appreciated - you still need to walk a few steps to enter the apartment/hostel. There’s construction going on in the building but it didn’t bother us as we got up at 9am. We left our phone plugs behind and the staff messaged me which i appreciated as I hadn’t noticed. I could return while still in town to collect them.

The window overlooks the tiny internal "courtyard" -- which in itself is not visually pleasing since it's run-down and doesn't let much sun in. But as of March 2024, there's also a renovation in the building, they kick off at 8 or 9 am with full force -- you cannot have the window open even for 20 minutes, because the dust gets into the room. That's obviously not Rayuela's vault -- but my room had this combined with stinking bathroom pipes, so the combination was a bit unpleasant.

The friendly staff, strong Internet connection and the excellent location are definitely the strongest points of this place. The bathroom had a basic hair dryer and shower gel, the towels were clean.

We were without power for 30 mins due to a cut (probably caused by works in the street). I was only given one thin blanket although central heating was hot. However not everyone likes to sleep with high level central heating which is not particularly healthy

While everything else was great, I had hard time sleeping because of the bed. I stayed for two nights and didn’t really sleep well. The room needs a new bed. I ended up ‘sinking’ in one position. The bed was neither soft nor hard. It just desperately needed to be replaced.

Location is great and nearby many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Jorge is very friendly and professional. The room was big and bright and has sink. The shared bathroom is clean and I shared it with only one person, as they said.

The bed sheet not a fitted one so would come off of the mattress when moving. I assumed house keeping would be done without having to request it, equally I didn't ask. they messaged me to inform me towards the end of my stay

Location , location and location . Genuine helpful and kind staff at the counter . I only stayed for one night but that one night has given me a great impression. They helped me to print out my paper boarding documents and helped me to carry my luggage to the taxi .
