The door to the bathroom was warped and the wardrobe door didn't close properly. It would also be good if rooms could include a kettle and 2 mugs.

It was a basic appartment but we didn't expect more for the price. It was a bit tatty, but clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely and very helpful.

No possibility of making a cup of tea! A kettle and a cup and spoon would be a welcome edition.

Old apartment, the bathroom door did not close fully. The tv is pretty small, there are only stairs so not convenient for injured people or heavy suitcases.

A kettle would be a bonus.

In a convenient location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and promenade. The bedroom was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable with air conditioning, safe and small tv, small balcony with a view of the marina. Bathroom with shower. Hostal has limited reception hours with a cafe restaurant at the front of the building on a busy street.

some small maintenance issues for instance the balcony door was broken and didn’t lock although reception did try to fix - it instantly broke again and has probably been faulty for some time

Room with antique furniture. the mattresses and pillows are not comfortable for a long stay. There is no elevator. Inn with 3 floors. we were aware of that... we just don’t think the price was reasonable considering the condition of the hostel. Also, the location and access is not good if you want to visit the other side of the island by bus.

Phoning for reception, although he was only ten minutes or so the hand written note was disconcerting. puzzled that there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

It’s a pity our room didn’t overlook the street. We asked for a room change but the hotel was full. Good news for them!

Could have been cleaner. Two single beds pushed together. Check in was fine but you need to ring the emergency number as reception not manned all the time.

I arrived late because of flight times and it wasn't very clear that you needed to phone a number to get someone to come and check you in, so I waited around, knocked on doors etc, before phoning the 'emergency' number, then had to wait for someone to arrive to get my key. To be honest, because I didn't have my kids with me, it didn't matter that much, but if they had been, it would have been a pain to have to wait 20-30 minutes on arrival.

Hostel Santa Eulalia was easy to find and less than a 10 minute walk from the bus station. My room was basic but clean and had everything I required for a one night stay. After reading the reviews, I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. The three things that made it an excellent choice, were the air conditioning as it was 32 degrees, the lovely bathroom and the cafe downstairs off the entrance hall.

Great price quality. Only the cleening was bad an the pillows were to high and gave me a headache. The price and location are good:) i missed a fridge.
