There were tiny things, finishing in the hallways, why would you put a towel rail in a walk in shower, but it was pretty well maintained to be fair.

The room was a good size and comfortable, the location was great, about 5 minutes walk from Sol and Anton Martin tubes, 15 minutes to Prado, and 20 minutes to the Palace. Staff were wonderful, the breakfast was excellent, the room for luggage was a great extra. Nothing else was wanted by the staff who were exceptionally polite.

Clean comfortable rooms in the heart of Madrid. Within walking distance to most attractions. Beds were super comfy and it was so reasonably priced.

- I traveled with a vegetarian partner, so even though the things that were available were good and tasty we wish there was more things for vegetarian by default (e.g veggies) - the location have it's perks but it also had it drawbacks - it can get loud at night. The streets can get pretty busy, like trash car or some other very loud unidentified vehicles. But that is something you should expect wanting to have a hotel in the city centre :) - There is a lift, but there still a couple of stairs from the 0 level to the exit - something to have in mind if you are in a wheelchair or have a lot of luggage - we got a kettle in the room but without any cups

- The staff was super nice. Especially the staff serving the breakfast. The lady was very attentive and knowing that there is not many vegetarian options she brough us cucumbers and tomatoes just for us. - The breakfast was simple but tasty. They try to change it up every day. - The location was perfect if you want to be in the center and have everything nearby. - The balcony we had in the room - The bed mattress was very good, not too soft.

The room was a bit small but you don't spend a lot of time there except to sleep. Small bathroom too but totally clean

Three friends stayed to see the city and party so the location was awesome for access to all the bars and nightlife and also the major sites. Nice breakfast, basic but enough to get the day kicked off. Good budget place to stay.

The hotel is so close to everything train station, tourist destination, mercado de san miguel and a grocery near by, the staffs are so helpful, friendly and accommodating, breakfast is excellent foods are so good, rooms are so clean . If i go back there i will stay again in your hotel, i will recommend this to my friends and those who planned to go Madrid its in the city centre.

There is no tea-coffee maker or an electric pot in the rooms; Not breakfast included (we should pay extra for breakfast while in the web searching, we think reserve is breakfast included.

The only faults I can find is the key for the parking (you had to bring it back and forth) and bathroom smelled bad, but seeing it’s a block of apartments I am sure it is normal.

Everything was well kept, the bed was very comfortable and the you couldn’t hear anything from the street below even though it was a busy street. The staff was welcoming, kind and efficient. The paid for parking was two doors down with large spots.

Everything was perfect,the room,the bed,bathroom,reception and of course the breakfast the best I ever had in my traveling..The location can't be more perfect located with only 5 min walk you arrive to Plaza de Mayor,near as well with Sol and Gran Via....I highly recommended.

This is a great Hostal, convenient to the main squares of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us good guidance on places in the city and organised a taxi for us. Breakfast was not included but the cafe below was connected to the Hostal and it’s breakfast was reasonably priced and good quality.

Lots of noise from neighbors and reception area, hard floor hallways made it very noisy as other guests going to and from rooms. However, all was generally quiet by 10:30 and we slept well.
