could not fault my stay

I have visited Santiago de Compostela many times and without doubt this is the best accommodation I have stayed at while there.From the moment you are greeted at reception you know you have found something special. Bright modern rooms with a really comfortable bed, amazing soundproofing from the street with Double / Double glazing on the window to the street ,loads of plug sockets,Great location,everything is literally just outside your door. Great cafe downstairs with the Best bacon and eggs for breakfast in Santiago.you also get a resident discount on your food. But without doubt the best feature of this establishment is it’s Staff everyone I came in contact with over my 4 night stay was so friendly and helpful in a genuine way a very unique experience

Your #1 option. Everything is perfect!!! Mother and daughter go out of their way to make our stay delightful. Always ready to give a helping hand. The coffee shop below serves delicious treats: cakes, tapas...glorious food. Rooms modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. Big bathroom with great shower. And the location couldn't be better...close to the cathedral and historic landmarks. Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estadía tan placentera.

I love everything about this place.

Everything about this hotel is lovely. I especially like that the cafe is open only to hotel guests at the earliest hours. They even hold a package for me for a week so that I can finish my Camino.

AC was not working, and the air in the room was quite stale, so we wanted to air out the room at night, however it was quite noisy outside, so it was unfortunate that the AC was not working. Otherwise, everything was great.

The location could not be better. It is very close to the cathedral, it is right in the city center. The cafe below is very good, everything is within walking distance. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

There is nothing I can say bad about this place. We had a lovely time. It was clean, well-located and great staff. I would definitely come to stay here again.

The staff was amazing. We arrived at the hostel late in the day but they made sure we had all the necessary information to check-in. The staff was extremely nice and helpful with tips around the city.

Bl**dy loved this place, outstanding value, smart layout, clean and inviting room with beautiful view of the catherdral in santiago. Staff super welcoming, friendly, professional and helpful - they kindly printed some documents for me that I needed and gave me recommendations. Cafe staff very nice too. Honestly would stay here again. highly recommend.

Outstanding assistance with everything I needed. Last day before travels after walking the Camino de Santiago, Sylvia helped me arrange my covid test at the hostal and printed out all needed papers. She directed me to the tourist office next door to get bus information. Perfect location. Appreciated that this has been one of the longest standing hostals serving pilgrims, family operated for over 70 years. And they have a connecting bar/cafe which is fabulous. I felt so taken care of which was just what I needed.
