It's a challenge to get Wi-Fi password. If you manage to get it, you discover that the connection is very slow. Advice to the owners: please leave a paper with wi-fi password in the room.

Location is perfect, just behind the corner of the city beach. The room is very basic, but it is clean, has separate bathroom, coffee machine with a couple of capsules and even a small balcony.

Not clear information about payment. They have all my credit card data but in last moment I needed to pay by cash.

A kettle and a few cups would be useful. Plates and utensils would be a nice addition if the guests decide to use the provided microwave. The shower box is a bit small and could benefit from a little tray, to hold the soap. But these are just little possible improvements.

Nice little apartement with essentials provided. Balcony is a plus in case you need to dry your swimwear. Location is excellent and the person renting it is very helpful, prompt to respond and a delight to chat with :) A free parking space can be found on the square just in front of the house, if you are lucky. Also, beds were incredibly comfy.

Check in process. It is very difficult to check in if you don't have a local phone (or want to spend $$ on international roaming). The owner lives next door, he could just advise which doorbell to ring. It would make things easier.

I couldn't really work out why there was a microwave but no plate or cutlery - it seemed an odd thing to include in the room. I ended up using the microwave as a food storage cupboard.

This was exactly as described - simple, everything you'd expect in a non-touristy pension, and kept really clean. Great to have a fridge/freezer. Super friendly staff. Really close to the centre of Gran Tarajal, the Panaderia, the Port and the Beach

No bedside lamp, only 1 chair, curtains do not open and close properly. Manager must be summoned from his home by phone.

furnitures were very minimalists and the bed was not great quality but everything was clean and the cleaner came in the middle of the stay, which was very appreciable

No one responded to my phonecall/whatsapp/message on booking when I asked what the wifi password was. So I had to go without wifi.

Mattress was too soft and a whole in the middle. No WiFi on second floor in the room. No sugar and milk for the coffee machine.

I found 2 crocoaches and the key door did not work enterily well. I had to call someone from the staff to ask for help.

No hair dryer - it would have been nice to have one given that it can be a bit chilly in the evenings in March.

Location was great near the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants. No on-site parking but there is a large carpark a couple of minutes walk away which was perfect. Check in was super easy and fast, there was nobody at reception when I arrived so I phoned the number and was directed to my room where my key was in the door (I have basic Spanish so this was perfect for me). Room was spacious with a fridge and overall it was great value for money.

The fridge wasn't quite clean. Maybe no room service to expect and no towels, running out of toilet paper. (all, without asking for it, but didn't felt like complaining )

Energie was not available in the morning. cold shower ...brrr ..the EU policy is manifested in towns like this... officials talking about saving the climate and poor people are on the street, houses cut of energy because of "saving" measures.... the remote control of TV set has no battery, not usable, nobody to talk to....solve the minimum issue... nice lady.. it was very noisy on the street, until 10 pm..... but its Spain...
