I wish there had been an AC.

The location was perfect just a few steps from the beginning of the mail shopping/restaurant street in La Peguera and also from the street that goes to Cala Fornells. Many grocery stores nearby too. It was clean and the view from the balcony was ok.

No A/C, only a small fan for the whole room. very warm during day and night as the room is facing south. we couldn’t sleep until we got a second fan nicely given by the end of our stay.

A very good place to stay. You are surrounded by beautiful mountain like forest and the beach is only 5 min away (but feels like you walk only for 3 minutes). The stuff is very friendly and there are always available if you need something.

Check in was difficult because there wasn't a reception and we had to call several times the number on booking before receiving the answer the the key was on the door and telling us the room number. Afterwards the lady came for our IDs and checkin and she was very nice and helpful.

After checkin everything was fine. Nice balcony for a glass of wine and they got a spot were to cook and refrigerator.

Without AC, there was a small ventilator though, but it wasn’t enough. Bathroom doors could be also replaced for new ones.

Great location, near beach and bars, near shops and supermarkets. Private bathroom, small kitchen in the room and balcony were big +.

Constant noise pollution from other people staying in the hostal/dogs downstairs/cleaners in the mornings. No replacement bin bags or toilet rolls etc the whole 11 days I was there. Toilet seat broken/unfixed on arrival, bathroom sink not cleared of previous persons hair shavings

Acceptable facilities for the price, everything that was needed, property itself on the whole OK.

The room wasn't clean at all. Under the bed was it very dirty and there was a glass splinter. Not perfect, when you travel with a 1,5 year old baby. And then the problem with the hot water! Oh my goodness. You don't have to ask every time when you want to take a shower for hot water, right?! It should be working every time! Yeah, that is here not the case! But when we asked, most of the time they reaction was so slow. We were on vacation and had plans, so we weren't there anymore when they turned on the hot water. Sometimes when they turned it on, just one person could take a shower for only 5 minutes, but that's it, the second person couldn't take a shower, because the hot water was gone. (That is only a few examples!!!) At the kitchenette was horrible, and the wood always crumbled on the floor. In the bathroom, the toilet seat always came off. We fixed it, but it kept coming off. And there was no hand soap. On the balcony, there was a small table, and there were still cigarettes in the ashtray.

The location was the only thing we liked.

Bed had plastic mattress protector, wanted to remove as felt like hospital bed, but was worried what I might find and not want to sleep in bed at all. Was difficult to get in the room as no one was about, although they apparently live downstairs, which was evident on my last night with family party till after 2am when I had to be up at 6 for my flight. Massive lack of communication with guests just leave room tax in room and no check out. It's a hostile which is overpriced for a hostel. I can except you get what you pay for, but sadly in my personal experience it's very much, you paid we have done our bit by having a room for you should you find your key like others I have encountered over the 5 days. Doors to balcony are broken and don't close properly never mind lock, so as a solo traveler didn't feel safe. It was very basic, no kettle just a hob ring and whichever pan of two to boil water. Have paid much less for an actual hotel. Had no massive expectations and prior to check in great contact and feedback. Sadly once arrived nothing. Would not use this accommodation again nor recommend to anyone. Sorry but was sadly lacking for the price.

The beddings were of very uncomfortable fibre and the single beds are quite small. The most disturbing thing is that there isn't any air conditioning in the room, only a fan that is not effective at all and during the night it's ridiculously hot, preventing you from having a good night sleep. Not a good eperience.
