The place is very old, unmaintaned, somewhere unclean, poor quality, even for the price they ask for it.

The receptionist was nice. We were able to change room, because the first one was under standard (like a camp room from the 80', the one on the shared photos)

room was dirty and still contained items from the last guests such as used soap bars in the shower and half empty shampoo bottles leading me to believe that there was no cleaning done to the room. During a pandemic this is unacceptable.

the stay was the most horrible I’ve ever experienced. the room, the floor, the toilet; the bathroom - E V E R Y thing was dirty and has definitely not been cleaned before the room was given to us. there were stains in the toilet, animals on the floors. only because of this accommodation, we did not enjoy our holiday to the fullest. hygiene is definitely a foreign word in relation to this property.

-Bedbugs in Room 4!! Absolutely gross. -The mattress springs are popping out so it hurts to sleep at night. -The owner charges you for a ceiling fan that’s already permanently installed, so it’s not like you can opt out of this option, plus it’s sweltering hot and mosquito infested. -The whole property looks like a brothel. It is so poorly maintained and looks like it’s from the 1940s, not in a nice vintage kind of way

The staff were horrible And rude - we dealt with a middle aged poorly presented Russian woman. The soap dispensers were empty upon arrival. There was sand on the floor upon arrival. There was an almost empty bottle of shampoo left behind from previous occupants. We were charged 80 euro for being late when we had a 2 hour delayed flight - fortunately for us we had enough cash between us otherwise she threatened to make us sleep outside until we could gather enough cash. We were charged 86 euro for the city tax where it clearly states 33 euro on the confirmed booking details - which was also a compulsory cash payment. We had to ask numerous times for toilet paper, new towels and for the bins to be changed. The linen appeared dirty and unwashed. And to top it all off We were rudely asked to stop using our ceiling fan whilst we were in the peak of summer in 33 degree heat. This is not an unreasonable summary of the accommodation. Coincidently a local insinuated to us that this accommodation is not a pleasant place to stay and suggested we look for different accommodation.

Nothing like the pictures. Place is old and not clean. The worst place I've stayed in my life. We were lucky it was just to get a few hours of sleep. Place should be shut down.

Nothing. It was a completely disaster in there. The guy in charge was quite disrespectfull and unpolite. Apart of that, we visited three rooms before selecting the one where we slept. Once inside, the bathroom's door was broken and didn't close. It is a messy place

The building looked like an abandoned one, everything is pretty old. It definitely needs a renovation. The shower curtains were old and dirty, I only got half roll of toilet paper for the whole stay and I arrived when supermarkets were closed. No soap on the bathroom. The furniture was painted on blue with an inappropriate painting (probably water based), so when you tried to clean the table, the tissue got stained on blue. Wallpapers were falling off, paintings and heaters were not straight. The towels were stained with bleach. While I was there they were doing construction work right below my room.

It’s close to cala figura and to a couple of small supermarkets.

I think the furniture in the room is a bit old which makes them have a weird smell. That was a bit unpleasant.

The bed was comfortable, it was nice that we had our own bathroom and a small balcony where we could sit out. The room itself was also pretty big.

The room was not ready for us. We had to make the bed and some bedsheets were not clean. The mattress were too old and pillows were yellow, full of stains. There was not A/C, the weather was very hot due to a heatwave and the room was very warm. Hard to sleep at night and just two fans (they charge 2 euros per night for each fan) for five people. Found hairs on the wall of the shower, toilet was not clean.
