There's too many guests in the room, and it seems the rules for a good stay are not well stated. Most people who stayed during my days were not tourists but people looking for a place in the city and they were very loud, arrived at all hours in the night and had no respect for the other guests. The mattress are uncomfortable to sleep in.

It's close to the metro and bus stops. Also in walking distance of Museum of Reina Sofía, if you're up for that. The spaces are usually clean in the morning (sadly this deteriorated very fast during the day but mostly because of some guests). The kitchen is well equipped.

They could have rooms only for women, I don't recommend this place for couple or women traveling alone.

Location is great and the cost benefit is also a good point.

Needs lockers to store bags and more bathrooms. Also I booked an all female dorm and there were men in the room. It doesn’t feel that secure but is cheap and ok for a few nights.

There were workers and dust everywhere. My bed got stolen cause the staff made some mistakes (we were replaced to other beds at our arrival 01 am)

On arrival the staff told us that we could ask them for keeping our bags after checkout the day after. But the day after, the staff was different and they didn't accept to keep our bags. The staff go into the shared rooms without discretion in the evening. Even if people are sleeping they open the door noisingly and put the light on and talk loud. Not really respectful.

The hostel was admist repairs and improvements which was hopefully reflected in the price and one hopes their ambitions are root and branch. Thus it is difficult to rate the hostel at present.

The staff is small and overwhelmed to cope with such demand and the flow of people. They turned off the room's air conditioning a few times during the night in a room with 14 people. One of the times, during the night, I asked him to turn it on, the employee assured me that it was working. After I insisted and had to take him to the room (which was hot and had a strong odor), he finally turned on the air conditioner lol

The hostel has the peculiarity of being mixed between tourists, people looking for work, and, mostly, workers. In my perception, I found it comfortable because I felt safer (even though there was no locker in the hostel), and the demand for improvements was constant, which made my stay easier. Even though the staff was small, they did the best they could.

The place was just too small with respect to the amount of people inside. There was also a lack of order too. The staff were really unpleasant, that was maybe the worst. They seemed to have a haughty attitude.

Cleaning mainly and location. Maybe also "two special favors" because they were out of the common service. I like to be able to use some facilities, but I was robbed maybe also because of the lack of order.

Uncomfortable beds with air mattresses and no individual bedside lamp, so everyone keeps turning on the big light in the dorm and there's no curtain or anything protecting you when you're in the bed

Very clean and beautiful place to stay in. The only thing that is not god is the mattress. They are inflatable air mattress the make much noise when people are sleeping.

It’s very central e close to commercial, financial and leisure facilities. In 10 minutes walking from the hostel I came to Plaza mayor.

It's not a hostel, it's just an office place which they turned into dormitory. Very cheap beds, cheap everything.. then call it hostel? There are no closets. 20 people staying in the same room but you don't have something to place to hang your coat and other stuff, lighting was a problem. If you sleep on these beds, you'll get chronic backpain eventually.

Bed was clean, room was clean, bathroom was clean.. I was really surprised how clean it was. They provide shower equipment.
