The beds are really confortable, the courtains give us an extra privacy and the hostel is located really close to at least 3 metro stations. The staff was amazing, there was a canadian lady in my room who had pain in her legs and couldnt walk and the staff would come everyday to check on her and bring her food, they were so kind and gentle to everyone I felt toutched.

The light in the room came on if anyone dared to breathe! There was a hideous smell coming from the bathroom drains. I booked a 4 bed room but the room I was in had 6 beds.

Guy checking me in was very helpful. The shower was hot and powerful.

The door in the room kept shaking, room Felt too compact, one night the room had a weird smell could be because the was 10 beds in compact space. The bathroom is in the room which could be a plus but the room is mixed dorm so its weird. Common space could be more comfortable and maybe some tea for rhe guests to take.

-Toilette was very dirty, didn’t even dare to take shower as it was too messy :(. - Room light works with a sensor, only problem is all the time will go on even you don’t do anything, light went on all night long -It is noisy and there is no space to put your shoes next to your bed without other people not kicking them.

Location is good, there are many bars and shops around you can go walking everywhere, staff is very friendly and helpful, bed is ok the only plus is the curtains so it give some privacy while you sleep

The ratio quality-price is a bit hight as per my experience (I understand that the offer in Madrid was very limited). No breakfast included. No towel included. The towel received is very small (face towel) and used, I mean by used that the fabric was very thin in some area of the towel which is not helping to dry the entire body. The common areas are not really comfortable with only few bar chairs where you cannot relax a bit before going to your bed. The area is quite sad during the night, I didn´t found any nice restaurant or pub at 5 o 10 min walks.

The place is quite good at first sight and clean. The bed is comfortable and the curtain is a very valued point for a minimum of intimacy. The small locker under the bed is very useful if your luggage fits in (standard bag-pack + cabin luggage). 25 min walks from puerta del sol in the Embajadores area. Wifi is ok including in the rooms. Shared bathroom with a good space and double shower. Small towel on demand.

My stuff got stolen after only been in the hostel for about 30 minutes, told the staff but they seemed not to interested in the situation, said they would check carmaras, and that was it. another person who was there also nearly had there stuff taken by somebody.

Only less achieved point for me was that there was no bedsheet change (at least in my bed) while I was there, however I did not asked the staff for it as well, so maybe that was just lack of communication. But I would suggest daily sheet change policy.

Good location, near to everything in the city. Ability to get in and out using the code on the door, whenever I wanted to. Common areas were cleaned everyday, like floor, showers, bathroom. For me, given the extremelly low price paid for the night, its a fair deal. People that write bad things about about this place in the comment sections should realize that what you pay for is a bed in shared room type of stay, therefore its ALSO the GUEST responsability to keep things at minimal, clean. If you go to sleep with you damn shoes on, dirty, and smelly, YOU will end up affecting other guests comfort.
