We have stayed here before and love the location, the facilities and the price! We usually stop over on our travels back to Santander. Clean hotel with great bar / cafeteria and within a 10/15 minute walk if bars restaurants and the central plaza. Lovely outside terrace and fabulous staff.

Great location for access to Jaca centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Able to park in street outside hotel - possibly due to time of visit in early May. Cleanliness throughout property. Great breakfast. Super bar and cafe that was part of the hotel..

It is such a shame that the hotel does not look at the finer points. The keys did not work in the room or the garage so we had to return to reception twice to get them sorted. The rainshower in the walk in shower did not work, nor the reading lights on either side of the bed. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned as there was hair on the floor and the pedal bin did not work. We were asked for our room number twice when we went for breakfast, even though we were the only ones there at the time. If there had been more attention to detail, this hotel would be excellent.

The hotel is well appointed and only a short walk (up a flight of stairs) to the town centre. The bar serves cafe style food and there is a restaurant too. The room was comfortable and there was a walk in shower. The breakfast was buffet style with cold and hot choices, although these were somewhat limited. There is safe parking too.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

Superb hotel that offered everything I needed for a one-night stay. Safe on-street parking immediately outside, lovely staff, handy cafeteria as well as a restaurant. A short 5 minute walk into the centre of Jaca which has a vibrant centre full of lovely shops, bars and cafes. After a long day in the car, I walked all around the citadel surrounded by beautiful views of the Pyrenees, had a couple of beers in an atmospheric and crowded bar in the centre before dinner in the hotel. I would stay again, highly recommended.

The smell of bleach in the room and damaged carpets due to careless use of the bleach in the hallway carpets suggest retraining on the use and care Checking time after 3 kitchen closed 3.30. Suggest make up a few packs of sandwiches for travel lots

Kept waiting 15 mins to check in, while receptionist went to the spa with other guests even though I was at the desk with her, Expensive add ons, spa 20€ per person, food expensive other than cafe, water problems , kept up with the noise. Not what I would consider 4star

The hotel is very dated and doesn't look like on pictures in Booking. It's very noisy in the hotel and rooms have very poor noise insulation. There was a lot of noise coming from outside as well. There were several occasions when there was no electricity in the hotel for quite some time. SPA experience was a disaster with zumba class being conducted next to the massage room so it felt like being on a disco rather than in a relaxing atmosphere (the staff at the reception didn't warn us while booking that there will be a zumba class and that there is no noise insulation between the two rooms - we were flexible with time and the whole massage calender was free with slots). In general (ignoring the disco-like experience) the massage technique felt very rushed and not relaxing. I found it unacceptable that the massagist (female) started to massage my breasts and the area around them without asking my consent first (I found it crossing my personal boundaries and it was also physically painful for me - so I asked to stop) - in the future please ask ahead of the massage if the person receiving the massage is OK with touching in this area (some people may find it inappropriate, unpleasant, painful, unwilling to do for medical reasons, etc). Many of staff don't speak English.

Very close to the city centre (~7min walk) with lots of restaurants around. There was free parking on the street (no need to pre-book)

As I said above: The views advertised are an intentional scam. The front desk staff was very unpleasant and unhelpful. At this point I thought things could not get any worse but I was wrong. The listing said there would be a mini bar, which we were looking forward to after a very long trip, but there was an empty unhygienic fridge. The photos of the bathroom showed a bidet we thought was convenient but it was another LIE, there was no bidet. The hotel was super noisy, paper thin walls, you can hear every conversation and person passing by. I kept waking up during the night and slept terribly. In the morning it was absolutely impossible to sleep in, constant loud noise from cleaning staff and people. A worker came in while I was naked with no warning! I decided to shower in the morning since it was impossible to sleep, the bathroom has a sliding door that cannot be locked so I had the door open halfway, as I was putting moisturizer on I suddenly heard the lock and door opening without knocking and a worker barging in shouting some things at us that I didn't understand and moving something around in the front door, which is directly next to the bathroom door, and then they left. I managed to quickly hide behind the part of the door that was slided out but it was still very unsettling and uncomfortable. After this stay I have lost my trust in booking, they were also unable to help me in this situation, in the future I will contact the hotel directly to avoid misinformation and sneaky scams.

I have had a TERRIBLE experience at this hotel. It is a scam. After comparing the different options on booking in Jaca, we decided to splurge for a double room with "views" in Hotel & Spa Real Jaca, despite there being similar options at better prices. In the advertisement of our room there were only 2 photos of rooms that had the curtains open so only those two photos showed the view, we liked the view in the photos of the advertisement. These 2 photos also showed a balcony. However, when we got there the view looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, it was very UGLY. instead of roofs and mountains we saw an ugly, dirty apartment building right in front of our windows, and of course no balcony. (Photo attached) Very unhelpful front desk staff. My partner went to ask if it was a mistake and if they could please change our room to one with views like the pictures in their advertisement, but they did not want to help and did not care. They told us: that this room was in the advertisement (even though it was shown with the curtains closed so you can't see the view), and that they couldn't do anything because they had already allowed us one modification - referring to a message they sent saying they did not have the double bed (which was our preference) so they would put two single beds, which we agreed to! Why would this have anything to do with the fact that we don't have the views we paid for? When my partner came back we decided we felt uncomfortable with the deceit and did not want to stay in this hotel, so he went back to the front desk to cancel the reservation and the staff told him we had already been in the room for too long and there was nothing they could do. They also told us that they only had 2 rooms like the pictures with the view but, that they were taken and we still had to pay the same price. What a SCAM. Not what I expected from a supposedly 4* hotel.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, always smiling. The buffet breakfast was great, varied and plentiful. The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Parking spaces way too small. Too expensive. Location is odd. Not a 4* hotel in my book, can't see how. Small rooms with view of buildings. What spa. Paddling pool??
