The room was lovely, very clean and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel lobby was very stylish and comfortable. We had a lovely meal in the evening and the waiter was very helpful. The free underground parking was a bonus.

The rooms are definitely not sound proof. Hope for quiet neighbours because the walls are thin. Don't get a room above the restaurant.

Air conditioning in the room was poor due to the restrictions set up by the hotel management following and eco-friendly policy and the rising prices of the energy. It was warm and made it difficult to sleep at night.

The quality of the pillows was very poor, lumpy and well used, the hotel temperature was very hot especially at breakfast, perhaps would have been nice to have an option to sit on the terrace, the breakfast room was well above the ambient temperature of 26 degrees and was very uncomfortable thankfully the room air con worked well. €10 for a beer seemed excessive.

The hotel views are amazing, the room was very nice and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was really basic, nothing extraordinary. The Spa was close due to covid and the hotel rather empty. The location was in my opinion not great as there was literally nothing around the hotel, it was like a ghost town with no businesses.

We have been very disappointed to receive a room with a view on the parking ! We booked a superior room and were expecting a nicer view. it hasn't been possible to change. The food wasn’t very good.

The swimming pool is not big enough to comply with a Resort criterion due to the amount of people willing to use the pool it makes it quite annoying when swimming. .. and the SPA is improvable very much. The GOLF pitch is under a very poor condition.

The Resort ´s location is excellent, the FRONTDESK service is beyond expectations but more personnel would be needed when checking in / out......... so much cueing

There are no stores or restaurants (except the one owned by the hotel) in the direct surroundings. You have to go to Jaca or Sabinanigo to get to a bakery or a pharmacy or a restaurant. The hotel has a cafe and a restaurant. There is no waterkettle in the room to make your own tea or coffee.

The view from the room and from the swimmingpool is fantastic! The pool itself was very nice, with spaces to sit and lie down, in the shadow as well as in the sun. The beds were very comfortable and the room was big. We were in the topfloor (third floor) so we had just one little window, which made the room a bit dark and we had no balcony. If you can, request a room on the first or second floor. The airco works very well. Wifi is good too. Nice powerfull shower. Parking is easy under the hotel (5 euros extra per night). Very well noise-isolated, you don't hear the neighbours.

On arrival after a long ride on our motorbike , we checked in at 2.00pm , and could not get a drink anywhere in the hotel , the bar didn't open until 4.00pm and we weren't even offered a coffee or water ! We were looking forward to using the indoor pool ( one reason for booking hotel ) and it was unavailable to use ! Restaurant menu very restricted . We were booked for 2 nights but disappointed so only stayed one night .

Beautiful scenery, close to the Pyrenees, good free parking for motorbike.

You have to pay for the Spa separately and the pool closes too early at 8pm. Should atleast be open till 10 or 11pm. Also food is horrible.
