Room was a little too hot and the air con was not working, possibly because it is February. But opening the balcony door solved the issue.

No English speaking TV channels. Would have preferred a soup option as a starter for dinner in Winter months. Would have been good to have a few more cushioned seats in restaurant/bar.

Hotel bright and modern. Breakfast had hot and cold choices. Easy to get to by car with ample free parking. Room very quiet and air con worked well.Fridge in room very handy. Thanks for complimentary bottled water. Half board dinner very good- enjoyed Black Rice even though I am not a great fish eater! Walked through the many parks to visit the Pantheon (3 euros entry).

Spacious family room, friendly staff at check-in and at the bar, ample breakfast, easy parking - a good option if you are coming or going from MAD airport in this direction, as the access is an easy 30 min away.

Nothing- can’t fault it at all.

Staff were amazing, really friendly throughout the stay. The location was perfect- just outside of the centre, so it was easy to get around town. Rooms were really clean, comfortable and well laid out. Breakfast was just right- everything you needed before getting on with the day.

There were may small issues, mostly in the room, that were a bit annoying: The bathroom door didn't close (sliding door that would slide open by itself, we ended up using tricks to keep it shut) The toliet was misaligned (not obvious, but I have an eye for those things) The toilet also had minor imperfections here and there, as it is was a "b" series bought by the hotel The worst thing was how noisy the AC was during the whole night, maybe something in the room (as the toilet and door issues) but still... The room felt a bit like somebody had decided to cut a lot of corners, the rest of the hotel was great.

Breakfast and all restaurant-related people were awesome. being able to charge the car was great as well, as was the design and presentation of the place. The hotel was not super easy to find, but once found it is a great location.

Good location - next to the highway and next to a shopping mall. Large parking lot. The hotel and the rooms in special seem to be newly renovated and are clean. Nice view.

Dinner was included in the half board price we paid. Choice of two items for each course, and served in the snack bar. Food very tasty but could have been hotter. Expected a bath in the bathroom, as booked, but there was just a walk in shower. Radiator in the bathroom was not on. Air conditioning noisy and the thermostat didn’t seem to work properly- the room just kept heating up and up, so we turned it off.

Easy to find, straight off the motorway. Ample free parking. Good dinner and breakfast - though not as hot as could be. Large room with mini bar. Snack bar waiter very helpful - pointed out that half board guests had a different reduced menu to the main snack bar menu. Would stay again even though was not totally as expected.

I could not open the window due to the noise caused by the air conditioning outdoor unit and by the proximity to the motorway.

Only downside was no extra pillows in the room . The bolster alone wasn’t enough.Probably should have asked in reception if there were any available.

The modern hotel reception was lovely and the staff very efficient and friendly.The bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom had everything you need .The walk in shower was powerful … lovely. At breakfast there was s good choice and it was great to see a decaf coffee machine.

The reception took time to attend me. When we arrive there was more than 5 people waiting for check in. It was only one person at the reception.

Restaurant: although the offering is very well chosen, food was not that great, and took almost one hour to get some of the ordered dishes. They apologized, saying there was a moment of mess in the kitchen when many orders arrived within short time, and made a very small bill reduction to compensate.

Walls pretty thin so you hear a lot of noises. The door has a gap so whenever someone walks in the aisle and the light turns on, your room will be illuminated. The breakfast coffee may not be the one you want to start your day with. I went to other places around to get one.

I stayed in the hotel to work and to be able to go to the airport in Madrid quickly. There is a mall in walking distance and also the city center is reachable within a 10-15 minutes walk. Parking was easy and had a lot of space. Good gym for a hotel. Internet was fastenough to have video calls for work.
